...I called the Omni and spoke to reservations and they assured me that they would do their best to make sure that I don't get hit with a one day cancelation fee... I asked to get an email confirming my cancelation and I was told that they couldn't give it to me because of the pending waiver of cancelation fees (one night @ $235)... Tonight I called back and spoke to a supervisor and was Informed that my request had been denied and that I would be charged one night even though I can't make the trip because of medical reasons... Congratulations on losing a customer, with so many other hotels I will never stay at an Omni again...

I had an absolutely amazing time at the Omni Providence Hotel, and I have to give a big shoutout to Celeste, the front desk attendant... From the moment I arrived, Celeste welcomed me with a warm smile and took care of everything I needed throughout my stay... Oh, and did I mention the free champagne?... Celeste's friendly and helpful nature made my stay truly unforgettable as well as the rest of the Omni staff...

We also had a great valet, who had our car ready to go for our 6am flights, thank you Omni... It was nice to visit you again, love what you have done with the place!...

We stay here every year for a sports tournament and what impressed me most this time around was the level of customer service. From the start with a personalized pre-arrival advisor Barbara, I felt taken care of... Prior to our stay, they reached out to make sure we would have everything we needed, and Donnie the manager was a gem... he made sure we had everything we needed and made sure we were happy... Upon arrival, we had a small issue with the air conditioning, and maintenance was on top of it... The customer service was 5 star all the way... The coffee shop is back up and running and was super convenient...
