The staff at the biltmore was awesome. When I had a heating problem in my room Bernie from maintenance was fantastic! He came up right away and solved the problem almost immediately. He was very friendly and helpful. I had room service and the food did not dissapoint. The presentation of the plate was pretty basic and looked kind of...

Wonderful accommodations that had comfortable and beautiful rooms. The location was perfect to walk or take a quick uber for dining. Many great comforts but the only draw back was the size of the bathroom. I would have preferred a bit more space.

Had a wonderful time at the Providence Biltmore Hotel, and look forward to another get-away next year. We had a beautiful view overlooking the park from our junior suite. The staff was helpful and the room was clean. The style of the lobby and mezzanine level is quite lovely. We were impressed that the restaurant was still serving dinner at...

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at the Providence Biltmore. We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed your Junior Suite with the Beautiful View. The most important to us is that our staff takes such good care of our guests that they want to come back again and again. It sounds like we were...

I lived here for 3 weeks while working a few blocks away. It was OK. The room was small, the bed comfortable, the bathroom smaller and the closet even smaller. Tight on storage space for someone who travels with a lot of luggage.......and not very private acoustically.........I could hear someone clearing there throat as if they were in my own...

Thank you for providing us with your feedback. I am sorry to hear we had you with us for 3 weeks and were unsuccessful in creating a better experience for you. We have so many types of rooms at our location and for someone staying as long as you there are some great suites at only a $10 to $20...

Historic hotel in downtown Providence that is quite cozy and centrally located. Walking distance to Brown U, RISD area and Federal Hill. Rooms felt a little tired and in need of some TLC. Friendly and helpful staff. Starbucks in the building helps as there is no gift store! Valet parking only with in-out privileges but I think there is a...

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I apologize for your lack luster room. I will be sure to touch base with my Maintenance and Housekeeping team, the description of the room does not sound like anything I have seen in this hotel. What I do know is that we have some fantastic rooms and would be happy to make sure...

This historic hotel could use a facelift. The large lobby in shades of brown is a bit dreary and this continues on the hotel floors. The Biltmore is convenient to the Trinity Rep Theater, Providence Place Mall, and the RISD Museum; its convenient location is perhaps the strongest reason for staying here. Our bedroom and living room were large and...

From checking in to spa to house car to the restaurant our experience was more than special. Sok left stargazer lilies (my wife's favorite), wine and chocolate covered strawberries to greet us on check in. The house car was arranged at the last minute to get us through the snow storm to our restaurant. The spa was relaxing and enjoyable....

What a great hotel. Rooms were so nice. We had an amazing view of the city hall I think it was, plus the canal where at night they light it up with fire. Room was so modern.
