The breakfast was terrific, the location was excellent, the room was quiet and it was actually a pretty good bang for your buck. The proprietor Max was great, he very graciously let me park past the check-out time on the day that I left. I would stay here again.

Thank you. I appreciate the time you took to review the Old Court and hopefully we will see you again in the near future. Parking is difficult sometimes on the east side so we normally advise guests visiting Brown to park here when possible and walk to the campus. Regards, Max More

This B&B was amazing. They were helpful in directions and an unplanned late arrival. They have a wonderful breakfast and were accomodating for access to the property for wifi after check-out time. Would return here when travel calls for Providence, RI.

A very good Hotel. Everyone is very friendly. Very good chocolate chip cookies. Rooms are comfortable and showers are clean. Breakfasts are delicious. Go stay there if you want to be on the walking distance to Brown and RISD. A quite and cute place.

My daughter and I stayed at Old Court this past week and had a wonderful experience. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They helped us with finding local attractions and provided us with a made-to-order delicious breakfast. We will definitely return!

My husband and niece and I stayed at Old Court early this past week and were delighted with the wonderful service and kindness of those who greeted us. Our room was on the third floor where we had a wonderful view of the city. We were given a very comfortable cot as there was only one bed in the room.... More

..So my overall rating is terrible.I stayed 2 nights. On the 2d morning, I wanted a tea. The water fountain seemed broken. But with 8 hours jet lag and a 13 hours flight, I was not sure. I asked the waiter how does the fountain work. I was really surprised by his answer: 'You broke it".He did not have the courage... More

My wife and I recently spend a night in Providence at The Old Court. Our room was the Vienna, and it was like stepping back in time. The bed was comfortable and the room was absolutely charming. So close to everything in Providence, too. Ending our stay with a a fabulous breakfast was such a bonus. Can't wait to visit... More

One of the pleasures in having guests like you is the appreciation you have of the older charm of the Old Court and our historical neighborhood.Benefit street is truly a unique part of Providence and our location is a short walk to the best of the city. Stayed at Old Court when taking our son to see Brown University. We desperately wanted to love Old Court being our kind of B&B, and in our kind of area, but it does have a lot of flaws. On the good side: it is perfectly located for visiting Brown, and the staff are kind and considerate (it froze the night... More

We visit Providence often and have made Old Court B&B the place to stay. Small parking area in back and a made to order breakfast make Old Court a wonderful place to stay. The innkeeper, Max, makes sure you're comfortable. Fresh cookies greet you at the door with baked scones, muffins and breads in the dining room.
