We were fortunate to find availability at this KOA during a busy June weekend. The first night, we loved the deluxe cabin that backed up to a hillside. It was clean and private with a fire pit. However, the next night only a tent site was available. Yuck! We smelled the next door horse stables, we were on top of... More

Went here a couple years back - it was September 2014 (there was no option to check this so it's listed as Sept. 2015). We hit the end of the "summer camping" season and didn't realize how cold it would be that time of year - anyway, we set up camp and prepared to have a good fire in order... More

My husband and I stayed here for four days in June in our RV (40 ft.). This KOA is in a great central location for a lot of activities. The park is well tended to, very neat and clean. The store is great and everything is priced well. The RV sites are very cramped and some can be tricky to... More

The mountain view is incredible, besides that this KOA is not the greatest. The lady at the counter was very friendly and campsites are easy to access. However, camp sites are also very small. Some guy drives a golf cart around in circles all day just staring at everyone making you feel like you are always in trouble even if... More

Hello, My apologies if you had a less than enjoyable stay at our campground. I do remember the situation with the noodles that you are referencing in your note. We did have some international travelers that caused the incident, and unfortunately, you experienced the mess before our staff was able to get to it. Again my apologies. As for the... More

This review is a head scratcher... Can't remember the incident .. but maybe I lost it from my memory. Be that as it may ... We are always closed in November. Our seasons run from May 1st to October 15th each and every year. I looked back through our registrations to see if I could jog my memory on what... More

The staff were friendly. We rented a cabin here for a few nights in Estes Park. This campground has several rv sites, tent sites and cabins. The cabins are basic - heat, ac, electricity a bed and a bunk bed. It was exactly what we were looking for. No linens are supplied, you have to bring your own sheets, blankets... More

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The facilities were immaculate. The location is convenient to restaurants, shopping, and Rocky Mountain National park. Sites are small and close together as other reviewers commented. However, this area being mountainous, it is likely there just isn't enough level ground here to make them larger. The picnic balconies make up for it. My... More

We're a couple and rented a Kabin for 2 nights the end of September, which is cold there. The Kabin was very nice and kept us warm. Woke to a herd of elk right next to the Kampground. Friendly, helpful staff, all facilities clean and well kept. Right on U.S. hiway. After hiking in the mountains you won't notice the... More

The staff here couldn't be friendlier. The laundry is large and well-kept. The $6 pancake breakfast was nice. The water/electric site was tiny, and we were packed in like sardines. But I wasn't here for the rv park, Estes is beautiful and I spent most of my time in RMNP anyway. The internet is horrible, even on the weekdays when... More

Great activities. Clean cabins. Exceptionally friendly staff. Laundry, mini store and gift shop. Great pancakes breakfast on weekends for a nominal fee.(Our favorite were the blueberry ). Variety of accommodations from motorhomes to tents, to regular and fully equipped cabins. One of our family favorite KOA locations.
