Stayed here for a night in mid august. The room was sufficient. Average room with no air conditioning. I would recommend it if you are looking for a mid grade hotel option with no frills in the Estes Park area.

This wasn't the fanciest of places but I was in town to explore the Rockies not stay in the hotel room so it did the trick fine. I was amazed at how quiet it was. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They do not have AC but do have box fans and portable heaters in the room. Even in... More

I love this lodge if you can get in - this is a gem of the Estes park area and it is booked, booked, booked so you need to know it is here and book in advance... although some people cancel and they will put you on a wait list... The rooms are not Hilton but of the quality that... More

It is close to Rocky Mountain. Budget and has basic hotel stuff. Room is just so so and you can hear the next room. Hot coffee and chocolate in the morning. Anyway there are not too many lodge options in Estes Park. This is the cheap one. We came in the summer time and all the other hotels are above... More

We loved the property; wide open spaces, playground, pond, right next to golf course, picnic tables. The rooms however are motel standard; no ac, there was a big tear in the screen so we couldn't open doors to get cool air, my bed wasn't comfortable had a dip in the center. I was under the impression that the trout pond... More

This was my first time staying in a lodge, so maybe things like A.C., a coffee maker, and a microwave in the room were not to be expected, (but would have appreciated). With that being said, the staff was friendly, and the beds were the most comfortable of the 3 places that we stayed during our trip. The only criticism... More

The staff here are super friendly in my experience. This is not a chain motel. The units are attached but it looks like bunkhouses or cabins. Nice mountain type decor. Rooms are clean! Showers, fridge, tv, air conditioning, no microwave. Coffee at the check in cabin in the morning. Pond out front that is catch and release. Golf course behind... More

Stayed in two different rooms here while visiting RMNP. Great location, clean and friendly staff. Dated budget motel with no AC. They provided a box fan which helps a little but to leave windows, doors or sliders open provided no security while sleeping. One of the rooms we stayed in had drop ceiling tiles with major water stains on some... More

We only stayed one night and most time away from hotel, but enjoyed pond and mountain view. Didn't need air conditioning but would have appreciated way to keep window open with fan other than leaving slider with screen open all night. Had looked forward to pool in pictures, kids were disappointed. Was comfortable and kept up well. Very clean. Fridge... More

We chose the least expensive room to stay in since we spend all our time outdoors and just want a comfortable place to sleep. This is an old motel that could use some tlc, but the room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Housekeeping came in daily to make the beds and clean the bathroom. There was no... More
