In July our family gathered in Estes Park. There were 21 of us, from ages 1 to 67. We were lucky enough to stay at Dripping Springs. As it turns out, 11 family members had rented the Encantado, Dancing Bear and Pinewood cabins, all of which sit right next to each other. The cabins sat right next to the river... More

The owners and staff were incredible! The room and hot tub were so clean and the sheets were crazy soft! The breakfast both days of our stay was delicious. I can not say enough great things about the property or staff.

We stayed in the Oso Den, aka Dancing Bear, cabin for a short weekend into Estes. Turned out to be a great cabin for the 4 of us and the girls had the upstairs with twin beds and their very own patio looking out to the Thompson River. Cabin comes complete with your own spa, fire pit, gas grill and... More

This is a beautiful place. The location is amazing. It is right on the river. The first cabin we stayed, The Willow, in was quaint. We knew it would be a small place and it was, but pleasant and romantic. The next 3 nights, we spent in the Pinewood cabin, a much larger cabin, with lots of porch space. There... More

We stayed in the Willow Cabin and it was awesome!!! We enjoyed the tranquil coziness of the cabin. The weather that we could enjoy from every vantage point of the resort was wonderful. The lovely nature music was just the right back drop for everything we did. The owners were nice and friendly. My new husband and I really loved... More

We highly recommend staying here when you are in Estes Park. Just out of town, on the river. The owners were very nice and very helpful as to where to go to eat, to hike and sightseeing. Breakfast was excellent every morning in the main house. Our room was clean and just right for a couple. Canopy bed, deck with... More

My boyfriend and I stayed in the Thunderbird house and our stay could not have been better. The owners were so accommodating and gave us a tour of our house right when we got there and made we knew how to use everything and where everything was. The house was perfect- fireplace, hot tub outside, fire pit, super comfortable bed,... More

Love the river music right off the deck with a private hot tub in Canopy cottage room 2. We stayed 2 nights and slept well in the canopy bed with mini lights in the canopy. Very peaceful and relaxing outside of town. It's also nice to walk down by the river and some folks had some nice fires going at... More

I booked my cabin on April 14 and paid my deposit. On May 2 they call me and say sorry we are not open. Are you kidding me??? Then when I get upset about it because I am on my way to the airport to fly to Denver she hangs up on me. Really is his how you treat your... More

I am so glad that Stacy took the time to write this review, obviously she really wanted to stay with us. We operate seasonally here in Estes Park, and our booking engine somehow took her reservation before we opened for the season. As soon as I realized it I called her to help her find another place to stay, which... More

We stayed in the Alamo cabin. If you want a private cabin, on the river, with your own patch of private riverbank and two person hot tub, this is the cabin to go for. The other cabins they offer are also amazing and right by the river, but the cabins are neighbors. If my wife and I plan the next... More
