This is the second time in 2 years that we have held our family reunion at Misty Mountain Lodge. Peter and his family are the ultimate hosts with smore's over the fire and beautiful cabins and rooms. This year we even got to experience a beautiful 7 point bull elk wandering through the grounds.

This lodging had everything we could possibly want: location, amenities, and owners who are welcoming, friendly and helpful. We found that we could easily walk to town or get on the road to Rocky Mountain National Park quickly. The bed was very comfy and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the evening's coolness to listen to the river...

I just returned home from staying at Misty Mountain Lodge for four nights. I have been traveling to Estes Park to hike in RMNP for many years now. Every time I return, I always stay at Misty Mountain Lodge. There are many reasons for this. Firstly, I love the location, just two blocks from all the shops and restaurants downtown...

Great location......Misty Mt. is just one block from downtown with all the shops and restaurants. Owners are friendly and helpful. Suite was great, had comfortable king size bed, nice kitchen area and comfortable living room. Kids loved the 2 hot tubs. Even though it is close to the shopping area, Misty Mt. is located on a quiet street.

We were quite pleased with our stay. The bed was absolutely wonderful! One of the best beds I have ever slept in at any kind of lodging. The owners were very nice and friendly. They even made s'mores over the fire pit for everybody. I would highly recommend staying here.

The location is great, less than 5 minutes walking distance from old town, and all of the great resturants and shopping offered there. As soon as we walked into the office the owners created us by name, gave us the keys and showed us to the room. The son sells firewood bundles with starter and matches for the fireplace in...

We booked a room with two double beds, since it was the least expensive. When we arrived, my wife and I asked the owners if any rooms were available with one larger bed. They told us that the suite with a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedroom with a king-sized bed (which was considerably more expensive, of course) had actually...

We spent a relaxing night at this delightful gem in Estes Park in mid-October. Our experience was outstanding! The owners were super helpful with suggestions for restaurants and activities, our room was delightful, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We will return!
