I just spent 4 nights at Misty Mountain Lodge. The room--actually a living room, bedroom, and kitchen--was very comfortable and had all the amenities. Peter, the owner, was extremely helpful and accommodating, including offering some terrific restaurant suggestions. And you can't beat the location. A short walk to the center of Estes Park. I'll be back.

We have been staying here for 28 years. We have seen 4 owners and many managers. The current owners Peter and Ellen are by far the best. They make you feel welcome from the moment you step foot on the property. We have stayed in almost every unit and there isn't a bad one in the bunch. In the evenings...

The location was great!!! The room and area was nice and quiet. The grounds were nice with the fountain. The owners were very friendly and inviting. They offered a free upgrade for no reason which was real nice. The rooms were clean but if you are looking for fancy, you aren't finding it here, this is more rustic, not a...

Great location. Good value. Easy to walk everywhere in downtown Estes Park for restaurants and shops. Very clean room. Comfortable beds. Well appointed kitchen. Fun, personable, helpful staff. I would definitely return. And don't miss the funky Tiki Room Bar and Grill across the street. Tasty, reasonably priced food there. Enjoy it and the great view while seated on the...

6 of us stayed 3 nights in #20. The rooms were clean, modern, and roomy. Use the hot tub on the deck overlooking the town and mountains, it was the best view from a hot tub I have ever been in. The owners were great, friendly and inviting. They roasted marshmallows around the fire for the quests, great touch. Best...

Three of us travelled to Estes Park for a friends wedding. We stayed in Room #6 and enjoyed our stay. The owners were very helpful with anything we needed. The room looked bigger in the pictures but Estes has so much to offer we spent little time in our room. The hot tub has a great night view of the...

This is the second time in 2 years that we have held our family reunion at Misty Mountain Lodge. Peter and his family are the ultimate hosts with smore's over the fire and beautiful cabins and rooms. This year we even got to experience a beautiful 7 point bull elk wandering through the grounds.

This lodging had everything we could possibly want: location, amenities, and owners who are welcoming, friendly and helpful. We found that we could easily walk to town or get on the road to Rocky Mountain National Park quickly. The bed was very comfy and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the evening's coolness to listen to the river...
