A group of us stayed at Pine Haven Resort this last weekend. We were charmed by the beauty of the area and the cleanliness of the cabins and grounds. George and Joan were very friendly and accomodating especially when we decided to move into a bigger cabin. The cabin was stocked with dishes, pots and pans and all the appliances...

My wife, infant son and I stayed at the resort in November in cabin#7 and found it to be quaint, clean and just what we hoped it would be. And it was! Located against the wooded mountainside in beautiful Estes Park on Fall River, we were surprised at the charming setting of Pine Haven. We stayed two days and an...

This was a weekend family getaway and we had such a great time. The room was nicely decorated, clean, and the location was perfect. There is a Safeway close by and we were able to use the small kitchen to cook our meals. The staff was accommodating and friendly. We have two school age children and they loved playing on...

A friend and I decided we needed some time away to 'paint' plein air, visit a gallery or two, and enjoy the outdoors. We loved the rustic feel of Pine Haven, and the friendliness of the owners. We stayed in the "Cowboy" cabin, which was well-appointed, cozy and kitschy...a very fun and atmospheric stay. We enjoyed the hot tub, and...

We stay here for one day and half. The weather was lovely. Originally had other dates set up but my flight times changed and pine haven was great about making these changes for us. We just roamed around the small cabin area. Walked along the side on road. Went to Safeway and made ourselves homemade dinner, there is a steak...

Pine Haven was a great place for my husband and me to celebrate our 12th anniversary and experience all that Estes Park had to offer. It was located conveniently, well priced, and charming. The site offers its own hiking trail behind the property that leads into Rocky Mountain National Park that offered beautiful views which we enjoyed at sunset. We...

In my travels I'm always looking for the places that have that special charm. This is one of them. From the time I walked in the door I wanted to stay forever. George, the owner, greeted us warmly and told us some great stories. He is so helpful. The cabin has a feeling of authenticity with the personalized decor. There...

We have never met such friendly and helpful people as the owners of this resort. They accommodated us as we arrived a day early. We got to sample fresh cooked Elk. We stayed in Cabin 10, Daniel Boone, and it was just gorgeous. Everything you need except food and drink is provided.

Pine Haven was exactly what we were looking for! We wanted something unique with a rustic feel that would complement our Rocky Mountain experience. The cabin we stayed in was clean, charming and had lots of character. Sitting out on the front patio or back deck every morning drinking coffee and enjoying the beauty of the mountains and the local...

I wish I could recommend this group of cabins, as the owners are very nice people, the location is excellent and the outdoor areas are very nice. However, our stay in the Daniel Boone cabin was disappointing. Here's why: The cabin itself doesn't feel safe. The steps to the loft are very rickety, and the upstairs flooring is so creaky...
