Beverly was so sweet and accommodating! This lady really went out of her way to make sure we were having a great time and enjoying our stay! This piece of river that she owns is as pretty as you can find. Clean, no trash, no foot prints from others, this is YOUR stretch of river for your stay. Rainbows and... More

PROPERTY’S FAVORITE REVIEW
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 30, 2015

Loveland Heights. Quaint, cozy, captivating...an extraordinary find that has enlightened our lives and embraced vast and flourishing memories for the past 20 years. The cottages are delightful and heart warming, the river majestic, yet calming and the proprietors....needless to say have become family. They are warm, witty, generous and incredibly dedicated to the quality of your visit in which they... More

If your looking for fancy this isn't for you but if you love the outdoors and want a real Rocky Mountain experience you can't get any better. The Big Thompson River is right out your back door, elk in your front yard. We stayed five nights, one in the historical log cabin, 4 in cabin #1. Both were perfect. Beverly,... More

Well, my wife really liked this place. It is rustic, decorated some years back and has a few issues. However, it did meet our needs and backs up onto Thompson Canyon river. The room we stayed in had a deck overlooking the river. We did have to put blankets over the windows in the bedroom at night to keep the... More

If you're looking for a five star cottage or hotel this isn't it. However if you're looking for a comfortable cabin with a nice bed and bathroom and amazing view this is for you. We stayed in cabin 18, the oldest cabin. I thought all the cabins were charming and kept up. It has a rustic feel that I enjoyed.... More

We have stayed in these cottages over the years. A great place to stay and relax. The big Thompson river is right out your back door. Each cottage has a nice deck to sit and relax and enjoy the views. Plan on going back again. And again.

This was a last minute booking for an unplanned trip to Estes. We we very happy to find a place to stay with less than 1 week's notice, in summer, at the same time a rodeo was in town. We were surprised to be shown our cabin before checking in. It was a nice touch. The staff were very friendly... More

We stayed at Loveland Heights Cottages just on the fringe of Estes Park making it easy to get into town. The Big Thompson river is right at your back door making it ideal for your very own personal fishing spot. Free Wi-Fi and satellite TV downstairs and upstairs as well was a nice touch. The A frame has a full... More

Treated poorly and really afraid of the owners and family members of Loveland Heights Cottages. I would not recommend the stay at Loveland Heights Cottages. After a pleasant stay in this very dated cottage with a beautiful view we were greeted with a pounding hard knock by the owner asking if we knew what time it was and that we... More
