We stayed at Amberwood during a 4 day retreat, and it was the perfect location. Our cabin was lovely with comfortable beds, a front porch with cushy seating for friends to gather, and a kitchen with a nice view. We would definitely come back! Close to RMNP and Estes Park.

We went to Amberwood as part of a 4 day retreat. The cottages were clean, and provided the perfect atmosphere for both the educational and social aspect of our retreat. It was convenient to great hikes and the staff was incredibly warm and accommodating. I will definitely be back!

We spend 4 days at Amberwood as a group of 27 people for a personal development retreat.. Perfect location: main lodge had a big room to gather, plenty of kitchen facilities and enough room for everyone to sleep in the cabins. It is close to town and close to the national park, so very convenient. I would absolutely recommend this... More

I brought a group of 26 people to hike Estes Park. We rented cabins and a couple rooms. We loved the place - cozy, clean, comfortable and the staff is terrific! Thanks so much. It is very close to the park entrance and away from traffic.

Loved Estes Park, CO. Our cabin at AMERWOOD was very comfortable. It wasn't classy, or up to date but the bed was nice and the place was clean and easy to get to. It is a cabin and that's what we were looking for. Go and enjoy all that Colorado has to offer.

Our family of four recently stayed here for 3 days mainly to visit RMNP. Quick check in and the young gentlemen at the front desk already had our paperwork ready. He gave us suggestions of things in the area especially regarding the free shuttle services in the area. Very help full. We stayed in the honeymoon haven cabin. The cabin... More

My wife and I only stayed for one night thank goodness. First the service provided at the desk was sub par. We had asked for early check as we needed to get ready for the wedding we were attending. Seemed that we put the gentleman out that we were there when asked to be. Upon getting into our room you... More

Very pleasant hotel, located on the outskirts of the Estes Park and on the entrance road into Rockies NP with about 25 large and very well furnished cabins, pleasant staff and within 10mins from the town and its bars and restaurants. Great place to stay at while visiting the east side of the National Park and avoiding relatively crowded Estes... More

We stayed in one of the mountain lodges for one night this summer. The room itself was nice, but besides the fireplace with wood included, it wasn't much more than the average hotel room. The balcony we had from our room was gorgeous! I'd say the only complaint I have about the stay was the parking. When we got back... More
