These cabins as noted in other reviews are older and very rustic but they are clean and cozy and very pet friendly. They are conveniently located within walking distance of a grocery store, several restaurants and an amazing donut shop that you can watch them make the donuts. They even make "pupcakes" which our dogs loved!! The best part is they are a couple miles from the touristy area of Estes Park so you don't have to deal with the croud unless you want to and it is a short easy drive to downtown. We will definitely return!

If you expect a small rustic cabin with the modern basics and a small bathroom, then you’ll be pleased. Stayed in standalone cabin 11. It was set back from the road so was quiet. A well rated restaurant is across the street, and a breakfast bakery is two doors down. You’re about as close to RMNP as you can stay outside the park. Enjoyed my quiet stay and would come again.

Great location close to RMNP and restaurants. The cabin is older but is clean and cozy. I love how it's pet-friendly. We will be staying here again. It's right off the road; traffic noise wasn't bad—great place to lay your head after a busy day in the park.

Could be so much better! Nice location, dog friendly, but needs some attention. For what they charge per night they really need to do basic maintenance and updating. These cottages are at the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and I expected more!

The Iris cabin is a very nice 2 room cabin. The only thing that could be improved is a new fireplace door, as one of the glass panels is missing. But, the fireplace was still usable and we had no issues of ash or cinders coming through the screen. The location, though on the way to RMNP via the Beaver Meadows entrance, is very quiet the majority of the time. Very close to shopping and places to eat. And the views of the mountains all around were breathtaking

The cabin was very nice and clean. We were a cross from a busy street with a going restaurant. It did provide great people watching but was not private. We had a fireplace and had a fire and the wood was provided in the cabin - very nice.

Small, but cozy. Close to entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. Small kitchenette. Hot shower, heater, and fireplace. Perfect after a day in the park. Easy In and out. Received a text when unit was available a couple hours before listed time. Will stay there again.

We stayed for 4 nights with our family of four. While the cottages are as pictured and we expected them to be rustic and cozy, we were taken aback by how dirty they were. There was a thick layer of dust on everything- we went out and bought allergy meds bc we were sneezing and stuffy anytime we were inside. The handles were falling off the shower, the shower curtain had mold all over it, overall just not clean. It’s a great location but would not stay here again.

I will agree that the cabin we stayed in could use a deep cleaning, it appeared to be surface cleaned. It is in a residential area, but we liked that it was not in the hustle and bustle of downtown. It was an easy drive to RMNP and other parts of Estes Park. We also liked that we were able to grill and eat right outside of our cabin. Our children, enjoyed the swings in the play area. It can be loud in the mornings if you sleep with your windows open especially if you like to sleep in. The cabin served the purpose it was meant to serve for. We saved money eating out because we were able to grocery shop and cook our meals at the cabin. The bathroom was very small and could use a vent.

We had a lot of fun staying in the Bears Den cottage right near the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. It's very close to the shops, restaurants and the main part of Estes Park. We were traveling with our dog and there were a lot of other dog owners on the property. The owner, Mark, lives on site and was a wealth of information about local hikes and scenic drives. Not fancy but convenient and clean.
