Terrible, terrible, terrible. My husband and I got the Estes Park a day early (we had reservations at the Stanley Hotel the next night) and were looking for a cheap place to stay. We had been camping most of the way during our trip, but decided that since it was a bit cooler we'd take it inside for a night...

Me and my mom where exploring Rocky Mountain National Park and decided to stay in a hotel on the Estes Park side the day before our hiking trip in the wild basin area of the park, this was one of the few places that actually had rooms available. The room was clean and the beds were comfy, the front desk...

$110 per night got room with ants all over bed. They were "kind" enough to move us to another room in which TV did not work. Major Dump ---- Stay away, spend a little extra to be happy and enjoy Estes Park. This place sucks - PS. Sleep in your car before you spend money here....

Because of all the terrible reviews I read, I knew pretty much what to expect. We made reservations here because we couldn't find anywhere else to stay without paying a fortune. The reason is we made a last-minute decision to stay over night in Estes Park so we could have a close drive to Rocky Mountain Nat'l Park at night...

Almost everything in the motel is up to standard for two stars. Clean comfortable bed, clean room, working bathroom, quiet place. The only problem we had was the customer service from the front desk, the lady could take some course on hospitality customer service or common basic courtesy.

The only reason this business is still open is for when all other accommodations are fully booked for an event, like the Rocky Mountain 1/2 Marathon. When we checked in the manager was incredibly impatient & rude to the couple in front of us visiting from out of the country. She then proceeded to get in a loud verbal disagreement...

Sadly, this motel is in very poor repair. If something is broken it is not getting fixed, or at least not quickly. There was no wifi while we were there, despite it being advertised on booking. I think it was fixed by the time we left but it had been out for a while. The ice machine was broken, the...

TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE!TERRIBLE!! please, be aware it before you even think to book this motel! It doesn’t have ANYTHING!!!! On the pictures of motel show microwave, refrigerator. But remember-you DON’T HAVE IT! Lady at front desk said she’s fighting with website about it! It’s her words- “fighting with website “to take away any “luxury” things from motel descriptions, like “refrigerator, microwave,...

Oddly enough, this hotel showed up on a list of recommended nearby hotels for an event I was attending in Estes Park, CO. The price seemed good and the description seemed reasonable - no frills but would suffice. I was wrong, and I ended up switching hotels for my last night. First - the room was actually dirty. I'm not...

After reading the reviews the bar was set very low so I was pleasantly surprised that the room was not terrible. I got what I paid for more or less. It is a quirky set-up with metal keys, very few electrical outlets, a front desk that looks to be in perpetual disarray.
