When all the hotels in the area have parking lots that are 95% full and this hotel's parking lot is 30% full. That should have told us. CANCEL. However there were a couple PROS: Large LG TV with many channels and a A/C system that kept the room very cold, with a comfortable bed. the CONS: the whole place needs a serious make over, the room colors are horrible with dark colors, the room was not clean, the toilet is so low your knees are at eye level, the pest control box in the restroom was a nice touch. This is truly a $65 a night room selling for over $180 after all the taxes and "resort fees". I can not believe any group would have a convention here. No Elevator if you need one.

The interior hallways and common area walkways were filthy. Didn’t look like they had vacuumed for weeks. Leftover hair clips on the floor of my room indicating it hadn’t been swept or mopped. The room was decent, but you’d be better served at a Quality Inn!

The pictures are very deceiving. You can tell they have tried to make some improvements, but as cheaply as possibly. I paid extra for a room with a balcony and a mountain view. The balcony was VERY small. Two adults couldn't fit. The view was more of the parking lot and metal building next door than of the mountains. There is no elevator... which means I paid extra to have to drag my luggage up a flight of stairs! Also, the sink was clogged and wouldn't drain. We stayed during Memorial Day weekend, and would have left but there wasn't any vacancy nearby. It would be worth the extra hundred dollars to stay at a nicer place. I tried to check out at 6:00 am, but no one was at the desk. I ended up leaving a note with my room key. I will not be back!

Awesome customer service, I had to cancel at the last minute since my little one didn't feel good for traveling and the temperature was too low compared to other places. Management agreed with my concerns and provided a full refund. I really appreciate that. I would love to book with them again.

Paid in full online before the stay. Checked in and I was charged a large sum. When I told the clerk I had already paid in full online, she stated "yes I see that. This is just a hold for incidentals." When I got home. I reviewed my credit card statement and it was a completed charge. I called the hotel they confirmed I had been double charged. Not once during the phone call did I receive an apology. I asked if this had happen before she replied yes. DO NOT STAY HERE!
