Absolutely loved this place. The cabins are very well kept and clean and cozy . Fully stocked kitchens. Nice fireplace and wood provided. Nice gas grill in patio area next to the river. Management is very friendly and helpful with any questions you may have of the area. The hot tub is very nice. Loved the close proximity to Rocky... More

We stayed here during the week. We were so lucky to book here as it is peaceful, clean and quaint. Right on the river. With our screen door open you can hear the rush of the river. We saw 6 elk the other right across the river eating. Family run business. Just what we wanted. They have dvds to just... More

We stayed here 3 nights in a 2 bedroom unit with a balcony and really enjoyed it! Very nice, well maintained, clean units! The hot tub was exceptional! We saw elk in the front yard and a marmot family with 6 little ones playing amongst the rocks along the river every day! The only problem we encountered was a magpie... More

I selected this place to stay after seeing other reviews on Tripadvisor and I was not disappointed. We have seen elk, Canada geese, marmots, Steller's jay, and magpies from our front lawn view of the Fall River. The beds are soft and comfy. The kitchen is adequate. I have even tried out the laundry facility to get our hiking clothes... More

Have stayed here several times. It's my favorite close-to-the-RMNP-entrance place. Quiet and clean with excellent scenery. Love the Christmasy outdoor lighting and evergreen trees. The green house across the street makes it easy to find! Upstairs living rooms are brighter and more open but the lower level is nice, too and makes for an easier walk to the chairs by... More

The views from the rooms of the Fall River are beautiful. The lodging itself was fabulous with a bedroom and living room with working fireplace!! There was also a kitchenette with everything you might need. We loved it! Plus the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location between downtown restaurants and the RMNP was great as well!

Great place to stay when visiting Estes....we went in May 2015 and had so much fun. Cabin was clean and the location was perfect. I would stay here again :) Was nice to be able to come back to a cozy little cabin after a day of hiking. We did have to wait on someone to get our keys when... More

We travel a lot and after searching for some time for lodging in Estes Park, I am amazed at all we got for our money at this location. We plan to stay again in the future and will look no further! The management was courteous, friendly, and accommodating. They were great to work with. The suite was perfect for us... More

Nice setting on fall river. We enjoyed the fire, (firewood furnished) and the view of the river. Outdoor hot tub on premises, and whirlpool tub inside. Very cozy and quiet except for a little traffic noise. Just 3 miles from Rocky Mt. National park. I would give this an excellent rating if they would recycle. It's a shame to come... More
