Both my friend and I enjoyed the wonderfully clean, quiet accommodations at the Appenzell Inn. The room decor had been thoughtfully updated. The staff was very professional. The other guests seemed to be enjoying their stay. Used to live in Estes Park, so it was nice to find a quality motel that I can return to year after year. Every time I crossed paths with one of the housekeeping staff, she looked at me with a warm smile. Looking forward to my next visit.

I love this place. Just outside of town, 10 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park. The room was super clean with a very comfortable king bed. We had the smallest room with no view, but just loved it. Great breakfast too! Very friendly and helpful staff!

I really loved the Appenzell Inn. The staff were all great!! The Rooms were wonderful, large, two bathrooms!! Nice updated and clean rooms. My teens checked out the pool and hot tub and they were good! The breakfast was an excellent continental selection. We could walk to downtown shopping and fun. I hope to return to Estes Park and I will definitely stay here again!

Spent a week here with 2 kids in one of the suites with a kitchenette. It was nice to have space to spread out. Large bathroom. Agree the noise from upstairs comes through more than at most hotels. Breakfast options were limited but did the trick most mornings, and we cooked the rest. Staff was helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed the indoor pool which was well maintained. Hotel was a little worn down and decor was outdated, but for a family trip it didn’t matter much to us.

Overpriced for the property. Room was very nice, but the property’s water features were nasty and stagnant. The pictures of the outdoor areas aren’t realistic. Continental breakfast was pitiful. $289 for one night. Not impressed overall.

We are very sorry to hear about your stay. Estes Park is very pricey during our peak season. We are glad that you enjoyed your room. We are sorry about the pond and that you felt that the property’s outdoor pictures weren’t realistic. We do routinely clean the ponds. We will check to see what may have happened during your stay with us. In addition, we do advertise a Continental breakfast. The definition on a continental breakfast is a pastry and coffee. We do offer much more than standard Continental fare. However, we do not have a hot breakfast.
