We were scared at first from the reviews! We decided to take a chance! And glad we did!!! Yes the roads are dirt. Yes, the wind blows. That said you are in the mountains!!! What would you expect? Our camper stayed clean though. The staff are always out talking to people and making sure everyone is ok. There was a... More

We were one of a small minority of people staying in tents and it was immediately clear the site was not intended for us but for RV users who had the luxury of a toilet of their own. I suspect this is the fault of our tour company as their website suggests tents only with RVs, but someone clearly took... More

We stayed for 3 nites. Dirt and dust everwhere. Adequate space. This is a high volume park that is overpriced for what you get. Very SLOW WiFi. Disgusting Hot Tubs that were murky and a ring of slime at the water line. The pool had a filthy and large ring at the water line and looked like it hadn't been... More

First off I must say reading some of the reviews scared me. But this is a campground in the mountains of Colorado. Its not a cushy campground that you go to for the camping, you're most likely there to see the beauty of the mountains. The views are incredible. We were there for 7 days over the July 4th week.... The location is nice, very close to lots of attractions and beautiful scenery. However don't expect much in the realm of hospitality. They were nice enough in the office, but you got the feeling they thought you were just a stupid person that wasn't very welcome. I will not be staying with them again, which is too bad because it... The office girls were nice and mentioned that we should reconsider our premium tent site since the restrooms on that side were being renovated. Ok, took the advice. Out regular tent site was fine. We had a flat space for the tent, room for the truck, a table, fire grill and an amazing view. The problems were that there were... More

I hadn't read the previous reviews on this park until hours away from pulling in, my mom started texting me them. They horrified me and made second guess my decision. But much to my surprise, we have experienced nothing but wonderful things here. Upon arrival, (half an hour earlier than check-in) we were greeted by very friendly staff! Our site,... More

We booked our stay before we read all the reviews and were so worried this was going to be terrible. We stayed 3 nights. We had a 2 room cabin, 2 RV sites and 2 tent sites. The cabin was very nice very clean and well maintained! The RV sites were tight and close to the other RV s, not... More

The tent sites were okay, but all were on a hill so they weren't the greatest, and the bathrooms were very nice. Customer service however was terrible! The staff there was INCREDIBLY rude to us and to others that we talked to during our stay. We were very disappointed and our stay was not pleasant due to the staff. Also,... More

We decided last minute to stay here for 4 nights in our travel trailer instead of driving to the other side of the park. The price was a bit steep, but then they charged $5 per kid (4 kids) for each night, so that added $80. They have mini golf which they charge the kids $1 for after you paid... More
