We stayed for 2 nights during the summer of Covid and felt safe here. Very clean and mindful. The front desk personnel were always nice and professional - for the most part knowledgeable about things to do in town and food places. We tried a hike around Lake Estes only to find out that part was shut down due to a momma Elk who had recently given birth. We did not swim in the pool, but saw that they had corn-hole boards on one end of the property as well as horseshoe rods/boards up. There's also a small basketball hoop near the pool. So lots of little things to occupy your time when you're not in town doing touristy things. Luckily, we ran into either the owner or a manager while playing corn-hole who asked about our route out of town the following morning. We were planning on driving up through Rocky Mtn National Park via the 34. He warned us of a new reservation system and to 1. try to get a reservation for the next morning or 2. make sure we get past the gate to the park by 6AM before it is manned. This turned out to be KEY advice to our roadtrip! Reservations were already gone, so we got up very very early the next day and entered the park by 5:45AM. It was worth it to see the sun rise over the pristine mountains of the park. Breakfast was a bagged deal because of Covid, but was good. They even delivered it to your door if you couldn't make the trip to the office to pick it up. The only con I can come up with is the roof is pretty 'thin'. On the first night, we had an upstairs neighbor who paced...for HOURS...until midnight and kept us up. Thankfully, the next night we had no such problem. Everything about this hotel/motel was above expectation. There Wi-Fi was decently fast too. Great spot to base your Estes Park adventures.

My grandson and I stayed for two nights and we knew from the moment we drove in that we would love the property. The staff was very kind and very helpful. The outside area is very clean, the pool was sparkling and immaculate as well as the rooms--they were pristine! Along with the sanitization of the room, it was updated, new carpets, the bathroom sparkled along with comfortable beds and the best view in Estes Park! The grounds are neatly tended and there's an area to have a campfire with wood provided and our balcony had a table and chairs to sit and relax. While we were swimming a deer walked up and started eating one of the bushes on the property--it was so wonderful to see! There were also rabbits and chipmunks outside making themselves at home which we loved seeing. The back of the property also had horseshoes, corn hole and an open area for kids to play. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be returning in the future!

We love that we were able to provide a clean and safe place for you and your grandson to retreat to during these difficult times. We want to provide a "safe-cation" that guarantees your enjoyment and safety all at the same time. We appreciate your notice to our sanitizing efforts. We are also using HEPA air filtration before and after every guest as an additional precaution to keep our guests and employees safe. Our amenities are so much fun for any guest. Families and couples both enjoy the yard and we are so happy it made a big difference in your stay. We are excited to welcome you back and we look forward to your next visit. Kind Regards, Jackie Robinson General Manager/Owner

We stayed here for 8 nights in June. Even with all of the COVID regulations and such in place, the owner and staff did a great job of making our stay at the hotel in and the town enjoyable. We were careful to select things to do based on being able to socially distance. The local regulations also required masks in public places. No issues with that. We got a double queen room. The microwave and fridge worked great for us. I would have liked a little more room for two adults and two kids for that length of time, but we could have planned better on our part. The staff got us towels, sheets, and other items as needed. They delivered breakfast to the door each morning after we called in the order. Again, everyone was very accommodating the entire stay. We will be back here again.

We stayed here for one night mainly because the cabin we were staying in was unavailable our first night in Colorado. We did our research and based on reviews and the news story about Covid cleaning policies we chose this Inn. We were very pleasantly surprised by the size of our room. We were in room 212 second floor corner. It had two walls of windows and was open & airy. There was a mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig machine. Beds were comfortable and we all slept great! We had gone to the front desk for more wash cloths but once we opened the rolled towels on the shelf in the bathroom, we realized it wasn’t just a towel but a set including a wash cloth and hand towel. Breakfast was really impressive in that they will deliver your choices directly to your room since Covid is restricting a continental breakfast buffet. Since we were leaving for RMNP at 7am, we were able to get our breakfast the night before. I thought that was above and beyond and really convenient for us. As a random note, my kids loved the light up shower head but found it very difficult to tread lightly on the second story floors. The floor was a bit creaky so I apologize to whomever was beneath our room! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! (The pool and hot tub looked nice but we didn’t have time to use it ourselves)

We are happy to hear that you read our reviews prior to staying! We have a great reputation for having clean rooms and now we have shifted gears to be exceptionally clean and exceptionally sanitized! We know the importance of keeping our guests safe right now and we are using the electrostatic spray you saw on the news channel and we have recently added HEPA air filtration as well. You have the guarantee of sanitized surfaces and purified air! Breakfast is a simple start to your day (nothing hot or fancy) but it's definitely enough to get you started. We enjoy providing room service so that we can all stay socially distanced right now. We look forward to seeing you again next time your visit Estes Park! Kind Regards, Jackie Robinson General Manager/Owner
