Oh my gosh. This place is amazing. Friendly front desk people and oh so helpful. Even before check in. They called to give us directions there because of the fires! We will definitely be back. And soon!

We recently stayed at Streamside on Fall River in a 'one bedroom suite on the river upstairs' in unit #24. It was in a building facing the stream with 3 units on the ground floor, and 3 units upstairs. Each unit offers a patio or balcony- which are surprisingly quite private from the other patios/balconies. Each outdoor area featured a grill and a patio set, as well as your own hammock and/or porch swing. The building is in the far corner of the property, nestled in lots of trees, and is in a secluded area right across Fall River, which makes it very relaxing to step outside on your balcony and watch/listen to the stream. Our room had a small private bedroom towards the back of the room, and a decent sized living room with a small dining area and a quaint little kitchen area where we could cook dinners. There is no A/C (much like most of the lodging alongside Fall River) but we really didn't need it. Staying in August, it reached temps of around 85 each day, so pretty warm. We weren't in the room much between the hours of noon and 6pm, but every evening the room cooled off very nicely with opening all the windows and using the fan they provided. In fact, it became quite cold overnight and the room stayed much colder than the outside as the morning heated up. All in all it was a very nice, clean place- that was quiet and well managed. Plus GREAT office staff. Highly recommend Nicky's steakhouse right next door to Streamside and would caution against visiting the Dunraven Inn (trust me on this)! Highly Recommend this business- I've stayed at a few different places on Fall River Road and I would definitely book here again over those other options!

Very friendly staff and rooms were nice and big. We stayed in room 10 which was great. Had a Murphy bed and a large indoor tub. Porch was huge with a grill and would have been amazing if it had a hot tub as there was more than enough room.

Luxury touches included a walk-in shower, private deck with BBQ and outdoor seating, gas fireplace, great lighting (including skylights in bathroom), generous space including storage and bathroom counter space. Grounds nice with chipmunks, turkeys, and bears!! Paint, carpets and such were new or well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Major suggestion: website needs to include info on stairways along with other unit features. Some units had entryways level with the parking space. Some had as many as 15 steps. Our stairway was not too steep, but it started too close to the parking space, making it easy to lose balance on exiting your car. Also a place this expensive needs a place to hang towels to dry.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Check in and out was easy, Friendly and knowledgeable staff. When we checked in we were given a sheet with local activities and times. We stayed in a one bedroom unit which was clean and spacious with everything we needed to prepare our meals. On the covered deck was a grill and table and chairs so we could have our meals outside. It looked like our unit could connect on the inside as well as on the deck with the unit next to it which would be really nice for families traveling together. We stayed in an upstairs unit(#7). There is no elevator which is not a problem for us. 2 parking spots were assigned. The resort was quiet with a short drive to downtown. It was a great place to come back to after a day of hiking and exploring. We would definitely stay here again.
