This site, the hotel's site, your confirmation email will all details that you get a cabin with a fireplace and a full kitchen. WRONG. If you luck out, you might get that. But you don't know until you open the door to find a mini-microwave and no fireplace, along with broken blinds and a very outdated room. No private hot tub, not enough silverware (or simply broken silverware) for your family to use. And when you try to work with them, perhaps just price break because what you got is not what you reserved/paid in advance for, they lie and tell you that you were told in the confirmation email -- yet you have your email with you and it says nothing. The website, etc. says ALL CABINS AND SUITES have everything. Nope. So don't be fooled. There are a number of great cabins/places to stay on Fall River Road, which is a wonderful location to access Rocky Mountain National Park and a good family area. Just don't choose this place or you'll be stuck like we were.

From the moment we checked in , we were impressed. April checked us in. She was extremely welcoming and gave us great information. You can tell she loves her job. We had a king suite by the river. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. The porch with a river view was great. Definitely a great place to stay.

This place has gone so far downhill it’s sad. No Wi-Fi, not working. I was forced to use my hotspot on my phone and then pay for the excess data. The bed is rock hard, the furniture is sparse and uncomfortable. Even the toilet seat is worn out, paint chipped off. You can’t buy a $10.00 Toilet seat at home dept.? Pathetic

Stayed here for an early spring break with grandchildren. Enjoyed very much. Older but clean. Kitchen is very small but adequate. Grill cooks very cool. Hot tub was very nice. The extra towels for hot tub a plus. Ask for cabin along river. Staff very nice.

This was our honeymoon and while I tried to enjoy our cabin I could not overlook the dated furniture and appliances. We had the whole resort to ourselves for the most part. When we checked in we were not wearing a mask. April was working and would not even let us check in until we went back to the car to grab our masks. There was no one else in the office. We get to the cabin and the furniture is dated along with the appliances. We both have bad backs so trying to get comfortable on the couch and chair was impossible. The mattress in the bedroom was hard and we could not sleep well at night. The sink in the kitchen and the tub was clogged and would not drain properly even ithough we had maintenance come look at it. I would not recommend this resort to anyone. There are hundreds of places to choose from in Estes.

First visit was amazing , front lady was so kind and friendly. Second visit was not the same. Be aware to checkout right at 11:00am, we were running a little bit late today checking out, I received a phone call at 11:10 with a different lady asking me if I already left and I said no , she told me if I stay until 11:30 I’ll be charge $50.00 late fee. I rented many many hotels before and cabins , and there have been times where I’m simply behind getting everything ready right at the checkout time but I never had the front desk calling me , most places give you little extra time without even making a phone call. Definitely a disappointment. Me and my fiancé felt rushed and didn’t finish our breakfast.

We booked last minute and scored a perfect room. Ground level 1 bedroom with kitchen and fireplace overlooking the rushing mountain stream was the best of all worlds. The unit is rustic, yet had upgraded bathroom fixtures and was spotlessly clean. We got to enjoy watching a herd of elk one evening as they grazed through the property right outside our window. Close to everything location-wise and yet not in the middle of the oft-crowded town, we found this a peaceful place to relax.

We have been coming to this location for many years and have enjoyed the beauty of these cabins that are situated along the Fall River. However this is the second year in a row that I have been greatly disappointed. Last year it may have been Covid but this year that excuse is old. First of all we were told that there was no housekeeping. So we had to do all of our cleaning and manage our towels and other essentials. Then we were told there was no soap and that we should go to the Dollar tree to buy soap. Now I May be crazy but that is something the property should do. Finally on our third night of five, our propane tank on the grill was empty. It took them over an hour to bring a new one. Perhaps if they had regular housekeeping they would have noticed this and we would not have been inconvenienced. Bottom line is for all the COVID excuses and shortages, there was no discount in rates. I can understand if there are issues they should be resolved with a discount or some other remedy. Nothing like that was offered to us. There are many other beautiful places in Estes Park to stay and I will will chose one of them over Streamside. My advice to the owners of streamside is to get over the COVID excuses and return to the customer service you were once known for. We will not return.

We arrived and due to a misunderstanding on my part, were given a room category, that wasnt right for us. Kimberly at the front desk was incredibly receptive to our views, and offered a full refund, but advised us to find other accommodations BEFORE cancelling. While researching other properties (the area is about 98% sold out), she called and said she did have a cabin that we were looking for, but for only one night availability vs two. She transferred us to the other cabin, #14, and even gave us a break on the price difference between the two and refunded the remainder. Well, cabin #14 is exactly what we had envisioned for our stay, with the running river sounds as a back drop, tranquility is an understatement. THe cool night spent in the private hot tub was just what we wanted. The cabin is aptly furnished, and was just perfect for us. Thank you Kimberly for going ABOVE AND BEYOND to make this a great stay for us.

Everything was perfect. I wondered if it was really going to be as secluded and beautiful as it looked in the photos online - it was!! If we are ever back in Estes Park, I'd book this place again in a heartbeat.
