Glacier Lodge is the highlight of our summer. There's a little bit of everything...River, pool, ping pong, stables, country breakfast, Cowboy Brad sing along, etc. The Ranglos family are wonderful hosts. The cabins are comfortable and charming. Location is very close to Rocky Mountain National Park. Perfect family vacation spot.

We stayed 3 nights in a one bedroom cottage with a loft. The cottage was very comfortable. Beds were good. Kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of activities for kids. We took advantage of the stables right behind the property. The direction of the wind could create a little fragrance from the barn but not enough to impact our stay. Very... More

The rustic cabins range from small to huge and some show their age. The one we chose was just perfect for our extended family, all 10 of us. The Alpine Cabin, a 2 story, has a large gathering room, tables to seat many, fireplaces with wood, private bedrooms everywhere, porch with chairs, back patio with enormous gas grill and more.... This is a quaint, cozy little place which would appeal to any family looking for a fun place to stay while in Estes Park. There are multiple cabins, and they are all truly cabins, meaning that you should not expect the luxury of a hotel. When I booked, I was only able to find one open cabin so chose that.... More

Kitchen is perfect for large group cooking. Front desk will provide anything you don't have. Kitchen has double sized commercial fridge and two stoves. Left side of fridge was much colder than right and tended to almost freeze fruit. Small floor freezer. Ice for purchase at front desk. Two large crockpots. Chaffing dish that uses the disposable foil pans (disposable... More

Glacier Lodge is a very special place for our family! We have stayed at Glacier Lodge for the past 10 years and are lifelong fans of the property. The cabins are beautiful and clean. We have stayed at Deeridge cabin and also Kawaneeche-both have been spacious for our family of 4. The location is perfect with views of a river... More

Our family just returned from the Alpine Lodge at Glacier Lodge. My husband and I, my sister, our 3 children and their spouses and 12 grandchildren had the best time ever. The lodge was plenty big enough for all of us, stocked with more than enough for cooking and everything you could ask for to keep all the kids entertained.... More

Decided to stay here based on reviews and the fact there was a stable on the property because our children love horses. I was a bit apprehensive because it is rustic, but what an excellent choice we made! While rustic, the cabin was SUPER clean and had everything we needed for the week. If we needed anything, all we had... More

This place is wonderful. Rustic feel lets you relax and get away from distractions of the modern world. Family enjoyed sleeping by the fireplace. Grounds were well maintained and the pool was fun. Enjoyed a few games of ping pong. Best place we stayed in Estes Park will definitely be back on our next trip to RMNP.

We chose Glacier Lodge for our wedding lodging for its assortment of lodging sizes including larger units capable of fitting wedding parties and close families together. We were also delighted with the mountain and Big Thompson River setting and all of the community gathering locations and activities offered on site (including horseback riding, volleyball net, basketball court, and arcade). It... More
