Only visited the stables and took the horse ride up the mountain. It was beautiful. The resort had really nice cabins, and nice location not to far from town, but it felt like you were in the middle of the woods. The Creek runs right through the Lodge area. From what I could see, you can have a cabin near... More

Absolutely the most beautiful place around. Wonderful family owned setting. Staff are so helpful and fun. Cabins are unique and comfortable. River runs along the property, mountains surround it and the activities make the stay the total package. Love Buddy, the resident dog. Have stayed often and ready to book again for next year. Can't wait.

We were on the river and its was so relaxing and peaceful . Rustic to the point of being charming .Close to town but its was best to sit out there and cook on one of the furnished pits around the campground.

Our family has been going to this lodge for many years. Sometimes we have reunions there - each family or group books their own cabin. The cabins vary in size etc. This time I think 3 of us shared Shoshone, a 1 bedroom near one end and I think one of the newer cabins. 2 in the bedroom, one on... More

Our cabin was perfect for our family. The location is great. Several friendly fishermen taught our grandson to fly fish which made him very happy, which in turn made us happy since we didn't know how to do it.

Our family has been vacationing at Glacier Lodge for 12 years and it feels like a second home to us. We love the intimacy of the property yet still have the privacy we need. The grounds are beautiful and the cabins provide our family with all the amenities we need. The location is perfect, tucked on the edge of RMNP... More

Glacier Lodge is the highlight of our summer. There's a little bit of everything...River, pool, ping pong, stables, country breakfast, Cowboy Brad sing along, etc. The Ranglos family are wonderful hosts. The cabins are comfortable and charming. Location is very close to Rocky Mountain National Park. Perfect family vacation spot.

We stayed 3 nights in a one bedroom cottage with a loft. The cottage was very comfortable. Beds were good. Kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of activities for kids. We took advantage of the stables right behind the property. The direction of the wind could create a little fragrance from the barn but not enough to impact our stay. Very... More

The rustic cabins range from small to huge and some show their age. The one we chose was just perfect for our extended family, all 10 of us. The Alpine Cabin, a 2 story, has a large gathering room, tables to seat many, fireplaces with wood, private bedrooms everywhere, porch with chairs, back patio with enormous gas grill and more.... This is a quaint, cozy little place which would appeal to any family looking for a fun place to stay while in Estes Park. There are multiple cabins, and they are all truly cabins, meaning that you should not expect the luxury of a hotel. When I booked, I was only able to find one open cabin so chose that.... More
