We had a very nice stay, we were in #12 which is one of 4 upstairs rooms with a balcony overlooking the Fall River. We stayed 5 nights and it was a very nice stay. The room had a king bed, a sofa bed for the kids, and a very well stocked kitchenette. The kitchenette had a small fridge(dorm size), a coffee maker, toaster oven, crock pot, and electric skillet. There was also a dishwasher, table setting for 4, and several grills(grill tools can be checked out at the front desk) on the property that we had access to. Because of this we saved a ton of money by bringing our own food and ate about 1/2 our meals at our room. The bathroom was typical, but the tub is huge! It isn't a jacuzzi tub, but it has small holes that air shoots through creating massaging bubbles. also be careful with the hot water, it's VERY hot. Boulder Brook is just about halfway between Estes Park and RMNP, and even though the highway is right across the river from the room, traffic noise wasn't a problem. Check in was a breeze and the staff was extremely friendly and very informative. There is one large hot tub on the property, we did not use it, but it was used by other guests while we were there. Elk were very popular in the mornings and evenings, and the one warning we did receive was regarding bears, lock car doors and keep any food items out of your car. We did not see any bears, but I talked to some people it wasn't unheard of to see them. I would truly not hesitate to stay here again, though maybe try one of the single level cabins instead next time.…
We came up for the weekend for Estes Park’s wine and chocolate festival! We stayed here because it was one of the stops on the free shuttle, I’m so glad we did! Our first room was huge and so clean however there were noisy little kiddos upstairs and without any hesitation she moved us to a new unit which saved us! The hot tub is a plus. We got a ton of snow this weekend and they were always out making sure the paths were cleaned. I highly recommend this place for your trip to Estes Park! Units are nice and clean and the grounds itself are very well kept!
Great location and so quiet and relaxing sitting outside listening to the river. Very nice cabin (one bedroom #14). Living room nicely furnished and bathroom was roomy with a great jet tub. Our only complaint was how uncomfortable the bed was. We like a very firm mattress but this one was way too hard, it was hard to get comfortable and woke up sore.
We stayed 2 nights in a one bedroom suite on the Fall Rivr and could have stayed a week. It is so close to the park and just far enough from the crazinesss of downtown. We saw birds bathing in the river and a bear in our front yard! It has everyhting you need-kitchen, bedroom, nice bath and nice eople!
We have stayed at Boulder Brook numerous times. The setting is so special. Right next to the river, quiet and so peaceful. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We grilled one night, and talked with vacationers who loved the inn, too! We will be back!
