We loved our stay. From the welcome we received to the very well kept cabin and property...it was all amazing. It was well equipped and a great experience. The scenery was beautiful. The sound of the river was so relaxing...add the fire and balcony, and it just couldn't have been better. If there was any negative, the dog walk was...

We are frequent guests at Paradise by the River because we found the best place to stay in Estes Park. We wasted money on others (run down, not maintained well, surly staff, less than ideal location) before we found Paradise. The owner and staff are wonderful people too, and the grounds are so well maintained. We love staying at Paradise...

A wonderful, well maintained little cabin and resort! Very clean and well equipped! Staff helpful and friendly! Close to downtown, but not walking distance. Close to National Park entrance. Will definitely return!

This may be a long review but I do not think it would deserving of anything less. First off, I made the HUGE mistake of not reserving the particular cabin that I wanted so by the time I made the decision to stay at Paradise on the River, I was so upset to have missed my opportunity. Regardless, it was...

We stayed in Longs Peak for 1 week. Everyone there from owners, to employees, to other guests were extremely kind. The fifth wheel was very comfortable and clean. The site was small but designed in a way to make it very private. Everything you need was available in the RV and the owners and staff went out of their way...

This was our second stay at Paradise and we love it. Our 3 year old loved sitting on the deck listening to the water and looking for wildlife. We are already making plans for our stay next year. It's a nice cozy place. Super clean and the staff are friendly and very helpful!! Highly recommend staying here! We had an...

We camped here in a travel trailer. We LOVED this place! It is a wonderful place to stay in Estes Park. Yes, the sites are small but they are right on the river!! This peaceful campground is landscaped very nicely, the property is spotless and the staff is amazing!! Wish we lived closer so we could spend more time here!...

We stayed 2 nights in Longs Peak RV and 1 night in Fawn View Cabin. The place was so clean and had all the amenities you need for a home away from home. The site is beautiful and the staff is wonderful. Can't wait to stay here again!

We spent two nights at the Little Cub Cabin at Paradise on the River while visiting Rocky Mountain NP. Paradise on the River is located a couple of minutes from the NP entrance and sits along the Big Thompson River. Although the cabins and RV are close to one another, the place was quiet and we always felt like we...

Last Fall I made the mistake of staying at Estes Park Resort for a wedding. While some there were trying very hard, the management left much to be desired. I wish I had know about Paradise back then. A friend referred me to a Paradise and I was able to get a reservation in Hallett's Peak cabin. It was large,...
