We stayed in the cabin "Faithful". It is a wonderful cabin for Disabled family members. My mother is disabled and this cabin is ADA compliant. She was able to move around freely. She had the ramp to use and she felt safe. Beautiful cabin.

We made a last minute reservation to spend Thanksgiving in the mountains. I was lucky to find the YMCA had a two bedroom cabin available for our family of 5 (kids 10, 8, & 2). We stayed for three nights. The first day we arrived around 2:00pm and our cabin wasn't ready yet. The front desk employee was quick and friendly. She gave us a quick orientation to the park and said we would get a text when our cabin was cleaned. When our cabin was ready we quickly got the keys and unpacked. The cabin was clean and warm but basic. Ours had a double bed in room and three twin beds in the other. While there we hiked, and enjoyed several activities. The pool was closed from the fire damage and many other things were closed or limited due to covid. We did archery with Paul twice, he was FANTASTIC! We also did indoor rock climbing and my kids had a blast. The staff was great with COVID safety protocols. We had such a great time we are going back with our extended family in May 2021 and renting four cabins. This will be an annual trip for our family.

We stayed in the lodge and the room was spacious and inviting. We went iceskating and sledding and we visited the RMNP. Was an incredible time. Food for the most part was decent. Although we weren’t expecting 5 star. Very good access to all that Estes park has to offer.

I could go on and on about this great trip. My 5 year old cried because she didn't want to come home. I think we all felt the same way. We went with family and each rented a 2bd midsize cabin. We were in the Ponderosa and they were in Willow Creek. Our cabin was newer (2020, I believe) and while almost identical to the other, there were a few added touches that were nice - built in shelf in the bathroom and a cabinet above the toilet for added storage. Our beds were more comfy (still not fantastic, but fine) and our couch was obviously newer. There are so many things to do here. We did a few free activities (sign up early since they all get filled QUICK) and also paid for the private indoor rock climbing (which was awesome and totally worth it). There are playgrounds, tire swings, sand pits everywhere, the mini golf was a blast (the small kids course was great) and bunch of other sports fields/swimming etc. I think the favorite was the Craft Center. HOURS of fun. Great options to entertain kids of all ages. -Our cabin was further away from the lodge (but still totally walkable) so our internet/cell service was VERY limited. This was not a major issue except that a new wildfire started and we needed to determine if roads were open and how to leave. -We didn't have a place to hang coats. The other cabin had coat hooks galore. -While the cabins are handicapped accessible with wider doorways and pull ups at the sinks, a few things to note. The driveway is pebbles, so it would be difficult to maneuver a chair TO the cabin. Also, our tub was a standard one - didn't have pull bars, or a seat (not sure if the latter needed to be reserved)? It would be nice to maybe offer roll in showers in some cabins.

Stayed here with me family and dog. We had a lot of fun on the hiking trails, playing mini golf, playing disc golf, and cooking dinner in our cabin. It’s a little secluded but very family friendly. I would recommend!
