The staff at checkin and ease of booking on line give this review a 3. This location may be relying on brand loyalty. Dated rooms and though appeared clean, I was disappointed in the stained towels. I’m too tired from the constant roar of the ac unit as it tried to keep our

The staff was kind, professional, and knowledgeable of the area. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was the best free continental breakfast I've had at a hotel. I would be happy to stay here again. Our experience was good that my wife insisted on staying at

We've never honed in on one hotel chain. Once retired, we now travel quite a bit more and have found along the way some pretty poor hotel chains. We found the quality of Best Western Plus especially nice without having to pay a ton of money per night. We are very happy with

Breakfast could use alittle more help. Like making food hotter my eggs went cold after a few mins. And also the oatmeal was hard. The guy working was saying he was sorry but did not offer to fix the oatmeal

My parent's and I stopped at the Best Western while on a road trip. It was getting dark, and it was one of the only options for us. We all woke up thinking we were 90 years old because the beds about broke our backs. On a positive note, the restaurant attached to the hotel

are there adjoining rooms?
Don't know if they have adjoining rooms. We stayed in a suite, which had a main room with a kitchenette and a separated room. Check out their website.

When is the construction work due to finish?
Hi I didn't ask the question directly but I thought I heard the breakfast staff say by the end of June. However it only seems to affect the size of the breakfast room which is currently using a meeting room. The reception and pool was unaffected when we stayed.

Are there roll away beds?
I don't know because I didn't need one. Most hotels do have them, however. I would call their 800 number to check.

what does the breakfast menu/voucher consist of ?
I agree with the other responses, as to variety. However, when we were there, the food was not warm. However, when our friends went 1/2 an hour after us, they said the food was hot and good. So, we got unlucky, were there at a bad time. Still not good. I would have to, on my experience, rate this poor to average. Sad, as we often stay at a BW for the usually good, hot breakfast. The one thing we did like was the made to order hot chocolate.

"The best rooms are the ones with a view of the harbor; but if you want a quieter room I would choose the one in the back building."
"We stopped on second floor which was quite noisy"
"Stay in the back building."
"Rooms facing the highway and near the restaurant are noisy. Inquire about the third story hotel rooms."
"Stay in another motel"
