The view from this B and B has to be one of the most spectacular in the world! The host Clem offers fabulous food, local knowledge, and great conversation. The great outdoor cooking amenities allow one to admire the views and the sunsets. The rooms all have private outdoor sitting/dining table looking West. The other guests were all return guests which speaks to this special place. Thank you Clem!

We first stayed here ini8 2014 and it is still beautiful, relaxing & so well appointed. All of the details are meticulously executed but not a bit pretentious or high faluten. Clem is the consummate host. He was out of town so Mike ran the place... very welcoming. From the beautiful breakfast with an array of fresh from the property fruit and lovely homemade baked goods to the wonderful sheets, towels, washer/dryer, beach gear, private lanai with dinner table & chairs. Every detail has been thought of. Gorgeous infinity edge pool overlooks spectacular view of ocean. SO quiet & peaceful... a true retreat. Mike made our GF breakfast when it was convenient for us. Very mellow & laid back guy is perfect complement to the eclectic furnishings... antiques, island style and beautiful collections around the property. The farm animals are nearby, but not so close your aware...they're just over the fence. Mike spoiled us with fresh avocados, star fruit, grapefruit and other citrus from the 40 acre patch of serenity. Grill is available poolside ... so local ahi from the market was perfect for dinner. Location feels a million miles away, but its not. Very close to the awesome snorkel place "Two-Step". With just 4 rooms... its a quiet retreat. We LOVE Horizon House😍. Great value and vibe is just so relaxing... it's priceless.

Usually one returns home wiped out from a vacation, we experienced just the opposite. Clem thought of so many things to make our stay so enjoyable, such as outstanding breakfasts, beach gear, a washer and dryer.Private west view lanais, comfy slippers and robe. It was a delight to see so many fruit trees. I could go on and on.

Clem was a super host, wonderful place with beautiful views. Loved that we could BBQ at night. Everything about our stay as excellent. Lots of extra amenities, with movie room, access to library, items for beach.
