This was our second time staying at Crossings. Our first experience was so good, we didn't hesitate to make reservations for our second stay. All of the staff go above and beyond the call of duty to offer superior customer service. From the front desk, housekeeping, to food service, all work together to offer the very best in accommodations.

Best hotel in town. Clean, quiet, good location, and friendly staff. That's all you really need to know. The only negative I can come up with is that the parking lot is a little small for the busy weekends.

We stayed here 3.5 years ago when our son got married. We returned for our granddaughter's baptism. The variety of rooms is really good, and a good value. We will definitely stay here when we are in the area in the future.

Crossings has been outstanding in all aspects. Pool and hot tub were enjoyed and used extensively, Any Time Fitness was an excellent feature. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. However, Biscuit and gravy twice a week is not a favorable food for most people. Parking spots and drains were improved.

I have been staying at this hotel every time I go to Pipestone. It looks like some renovations are being made, which is good they aren't letting the place age &run down like other places in town. Staff is friendly

Crossings is a great alternative to the other places in town. Staff is excellent. Room was clean except had an odor like smelly feet but my essential oils could cover up. Breakfast is average, but I would prefer healthier options. All of it is pre-packaged, high sugar, "fake" food, except for hard boiled eggs and raisins. Even the hot food...

The room was clean and very comfortable bed. We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves for our mid week stay. My only complaint was the road noise and trucks as our room faced the front of the building. Perhaps an inside room would alleviate that.
