Stayed while passing through driving cross country and it just wasn't a nice stay. Stayed here 2 years ago and dont remember it being bad but o would not choose this property again next time. It was in the middle of a remodel so everything was about half done but that is not an excuse for... dirty rooms, stale breakfast, cold coffee, broken glass in the parking lot and smallest beds I have ever seen in a full service hotel. Our room was already remodeled and the set up of the "kitchen/office" was poorly lit and just odd and the bathroom was small with no ventilation. The room itself was huge with 2 beds and a pull out couch and the mattress was very comfortable for one person but it was hardly bigger than a twin. Maybe with all that space real queen beds could have been used and until the remodel is done dont expect any quiet during the day because drilling rattles through every room. Maybe the 69 "usable" rooms should be at a discounted rate until the remodel is completed. Staff and construction crew was friendly however.

This is an older two-story motel converted to a Holiday Inn Express - but it's no providing the level of accommodating, experience and service that you would expect in comparison to others properties of this brand. My room had a stained carpet and was rather small for two people and two queen beds. The A/C was noisy and we could not run it at night (90+ degrees in the afternoon), if we wanted to sleep. The interior courtyard has a seating area and people party until midnight and beyond. No concern about other guests from these as well as front desk personnel. Breakfast served in a cramped room, where chairs are stained and tables not cleaned. The buffet constantly runs out of food items and the single staff is extremely busy refilling. At least, they make good coffee.

My wife and I stay at the Holiday Inn Express, Eubank NE in Albuquerque New Mexico. Our reservation had been made days in advance, but upon arrival we were told that they could not accommodate the room request on our reservation. They could put us in another room. The room was made up but there was grease globs all over the carpet, tv and clock had been disconnected and the handle to the room door was nearly falling off. They had downgraded the room but I had to push them to reduce the price to the price of the lessor room. After fifteen nights in different Holiday Inn Express locations, this was absolutely the worst that I have seen

I spoke to an extremely rude associate over the phone trying to book a room, she was not very helpful and she was sighing loudly and making rude comments when I cancelled the reservation. Very unprofessional.

This is not an Express hotel. It is clearly a very old hotel that has had some upgrades. The laundry room was small and cramped. Only 1 washer was working and it was very hot inside. The breakfast room seemed to have no air conditioning at all and the pancake machine was not working. Our room air conditioning worked adequate enough but at times, the room was warm. Only source for electrical plug ins was a power strip on the desk. Plug ins for electric and/or USB ports near the beds would have been nice.
