staff Maeghan at the front desk certainly deserves to be praised, so is supervisor Mallory and counter agent Kaylee. However, many things in the hotel could use improvements--the computer system for billing could be one of them. Breakfast was substandard, two southwestern dishes

We came to Albuquerque for the first time ever and chose the Hilton Doubletree because it was very close to the convention center for my son’s archery competition. We didn’t realize that it was actually connected from the lower floor directly to the convention center so that you

We stayed at the DoubleTree Albuquerque April 13th. The shuttle bus arrived on time to pick us up. The driver was courteous and helpful with our luggages. The first impression of DoubleTree Albuquerque for me was strong scent of cleaning agent. I was not sure what it was and

I contracted with the Doubletree for a major event, renting several hundred rooms in the block. Throughout the whole process, Doubletree staff were polite, clear, and easy to work with. They took the time to understand the "mood" of the conference, and briefed their staff on

This motel has a great location but is definitely overpriced for the rooms and beds you get. Parking costs $15 and is often too full to find a spot. We stay here on lb. Y because of its location but may be staying at the Hyatt across the street next time.

Is there plenty of car parking or other options if full?
Front lot is $15 dollars a night. Expensive I think.

No homeless people laying around outside, and the breakfast buffet while I was there (July) was just fine. However, as of July, they were still doing lobby renovations, so the cooling system was loud portable AC units spaced around their very big lobby, which was only marginally effective against the summer heat. The rooms were in great shape, as was their workout room (though they were still offering passes to a nice local gym around the corner from them while I was there).
