Excellent place to stay! Very comfortable room and hotel amenities! Pet friendly is a plus! Hotel staff extremely friendly and professional! Close to Coronado shopping mall and other great places to go for shopping and leisure!
This place has a TA rating of 4 or above average. I just don’t see it…I gave it average, or a 3; however, if I were to compare it against other city Sheratons, Marriott, Hilton’s, Doubletree, etc. I’d rate it below average. Their restaurant is closed which is certainly a dealbreaker when trying to be a 4 rating. It is good for proximity to a number of restaurants. I was here on business attending committee meetings. One day we were on the Worlitizer room, which makes up the far end of their ballroom portioned off. There was a conference going on in the adjacent room. The audio from a video overwhelmed our capability to conduct business, and when they adjourned we couldn’t hear over the din of all the people talking. It’s an okay place to spend the night, but we will not hold our committee meetings here again. The staff was great including the front desk, the maids, helpers, etc. The room was comfortable, wi-fi worked well in the guest rooms and conference rooms. There was some street noise to be heard in the room, but not horrible.…
From the time I checked in through the stay I felt the genuine interest in my stay from all staff. The room attendants were helpful and always offerring to replentish water and coffee. The entire hotel was clean and well maintained.
The location is excellent. The rooms were clean. The walls are thin. I could hear my Neigbor cough while I was in the bathroom. There were a bunch of student athletes-Maybe 14 years old. They were loud and ran up and down the hall. The bar has live music on the weekends.
I’m flight crew, and in 24 years of flying, this is the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. Multiple instances of hairs on the sheets. It’s obvious the sheets are not changed after each guest, they just remake the bed. The hotel is in dire need of a renovation. I can’t believe that Sheraton would want their name on this hotel. Stay away!
Receive a cordial and warm greeting from Colorado, Thank you all, for your commitment and effort, always making my stay like home, It was a month and a half surrounded by wonderful people. Gracias, por Todo!✨🌷🧿🌈
Picked this hotel because of the central location in uptown Albuquerque. Unfortunately it is very run down and definitely below the Sheraton standards. Overpriced for the standards. It is a shame that they have not invested in the upkeep of the premises, carpet is really run down and dirty showers or the cleanest. Literally checked out the next day and went to another hotel
The service here is top notch, from check in to check out. The location is close to all kinds of shopping and dining, but if you want to stay in, the hotel bar is a really nice place to grab a drink and some good food. The rooms are older and show some signs of wear, but ours was clean and comfortable. This was the second time we stayed here, and we had a great stay both times. We'd stay here again anytime.
This was one of the worst stays in a hotel I have EVER had. I’m not one to complain and definitely was not looking for an upscale experience but this stay was just ridiculous. First off, we stayed in room 531. There is a 2” gap under the door. Not because the door is mounted wrong, but because the floor is actually not flat. You can feel it under the trashed carpet, and we felt off balance when walking around. We arrived to a room that looked as though it had not been cleaned at all. Muddy childrens handprints on the inside glass of the sliding door that opens 2” onto a non-existent balcony. There was also trash under both beds, hair on the pillows and sheets, and the hvac unit sounded like a rolling bucket of rocks. The mattresses were completely hammocked out, they were truly as bad as sleeping on the floor. The sheets on the beds were completely thread bare. The comforter was disgustingly filthy, it looked as though it had never been washed. There was blood, stains, and who knows what else on it. I did not bring this to the attention of the front desk because the woman on duty was rude and confrontational even at check in. Our room was not upgraded and there was no welcome amenity provided (standard for gold elite). Also, housekeeping was not even an option which seems absurd, at this point it has nothing to do with Covid protocols and everything to do with cost cutting. Also, don’t expect a hot tub. The one in the property photos has been filled in with rocks and a fake tree placed on top. I will avoid this property at all costs when visiting Albuquerque and I don’t feel right about being charged for this stay.…
Customer service was good at check-in. We didn’t have much more interaction with staff after that (wasn’t needed). Took kids to swim in indoor pool, thought we’d soak in the hot tub, except hot tub was filled in with decorative rock and a large plant placed on top. Inside of the pool floor was a little dirty. We stayed in room 543 and our sliding glass door didn’t lock. Luckily we don’t have small kids that could be tempted to open it possibly creating an unsafe situation. Lobby area and conference center are nice and clean and updated - time to get rooms and pool area to match.
