The room had no pillow cases on the yellow pillows, no cold water, very dirty tub and bathroom, a hole in the bathroom door, a gap under the door, and a broken deadbolt. After about 15 minutes I decided I couldn't stay there and asked for my money back, with the person at the front desk agreed to and she gave me a receipt indicating I would get my money back. However, when hotels.com called Leonard to confirm, he denied the refund. I then went in to the hotel the following week (last Wednesday) and spoke with a new manager, and she asked that I leave her my name and phone number and someone would get back to me. No one ever did, so I'll be posting this review on a few sites as well as writing to the Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau.

It took one hour to check in and was given a room that smelled like smoke and dog pee. The new housekeeping manager helped get me assigned another room. After staying three nights someone finally made my bed and cleaned my room however they took my towels and didn’t replace them.. I was out in the sun for over six hours and girl at the desk told me housekeeping was gone and she couldn’t get me towels. She finally came up with a wash cloth and two hand towels that were clearly used as rags. Also breakfast is waffles made with mix in a dirty pitcher. I couldn’t eat there!!!

We booked 2 rooms for an overnight close to the airport. This was the worst hotel we ever stayed. Door had a huge hole, stuffed the 1 washcloth in the hole.Office was not open next morning.Never again

This was the absolute worst hotel experience (of hundreds) in my life. I had reserved one room for my dad, and one room for my family (mom, dad, two girls). Started out bad when my dad showed up at 3 pm, told no room was ready, he had to wait till past 6 pm to get a room, and was noticed what looked to be possible "1 hour rentals" going on in the meantime. Then, when he finally was given a room, he asked if he could also check-in for my room (as we would arrive late) -- and he was told no, not to worry, as they were open all night for late arrivals. Not so, when we arrived at the airport, I was told all rooms were occupied. Guess a reservation does not count? Called around the rest of the city, no rooms at all! Then in desperation I called the hotel back, and the clerk said there was an unused, uncleaned room she could let us crash in. The agent was honest in this, it was not clean. But with no choice, we took it, some 2 hours after we would have had there been a room reserved as promised. The hotel clerk would not reduce any charges, saying it's all automatic by hotels.com. This is my only recourse -- to tell my story to the public. To top it all off, all night loud gangster looking types drank outside our window (before several police cars showed up at about 5 am) there were never any clean towels/bedsheets provided, no wifi, and no breakfast (not that we would have eaten at such a place). Stay away -- this is as bad as it gets, and I'm not some particular snowflake, we should have slept in the airport.

I was driving through to get to San Jose, CA and didn’t have much money. Ms. Christina and Ms. Erin treated me superior. I’m so grateful for these two ladies. Ms. Christina checked me in with an amazing cheerful personality . Erin made sure my room was clean and ready for me. I loved my stay and looking forward to coming back. My room was amazingly clean and neat. Thanks for everything.
