checked into room. upon inspection, noted a towel hanging behind bathroom door which I thought odd and what I thought was supposed to be a bathmat hanging over the shower curtain rod but which turned out to be a towel. I talked to the desk and they did as it the room looked clean which it did and they sent... More

Stopped a couple nights in Albuquerque and were delighted with this hotel, very clean, classy and comfortable. We stayed on the third floor in large and well appointed room, found the service friendly and efficient. We had a tasty breakfast at one of the restaurants, Mas. They have a library, meeting room that is called the Martin Luther king room,... More

Our booking was a bit of a mess for some reason but Melissa Duran on the reception was cool, calm and collected and had us all sorted out after a short wait. Thanks Melissa - 10 out of 10 for service and management skills when it was crazy busy - multi task organisation doesn't cover half of it!! Hotel is... More

I just stayed at the Hotel Andaluz for three nights (August, 2016). The staff is top-notch, the hotel is well cared for and historic. If you are expecting 4 star luxury this may not be the place for you. However, if you want history, lovingly cared for and LEED certified, this is the place. The beds are extremely comfortable with... More

This renovated 1930 hotel is amazing! One of the original Hilton hotels and it feels if you have gone back in time the moment you walk into the lobby. The staff /stay was phenomenal and Westin the roof top bar tender is awesome.

Deciding where to stay in Albuquerque presents deciding between I think interesting places and location. We went with choosing a charming place. The Andaluz is a very attractive hotel in downtown. It's not as close to lively places maybe, but nothing is too far away by car, or a walk. The public spaces are gorgeous, and the room we had... More

Located in downtown Albuquerque and presented as a luxurious hotel, it certainly leaves much to be desired. With the high priced rooms, they also incorporate hidden expenses that will add up quickly. Let's break it down -- $16.00/night for parking, plus tip for valet. $50.00/night for a pet. $10 and up for breakfast. And if that wasn't enough to upset... More

We stayed one night in the Hotel Andaluz before flying home from our New Mexico road trip vacation. We loved everything about this hotel. The lobby with private curtained alcoves, fountain, and art, was lovely. The library was of interest to all family members with history, art, auto, and pop culture books and magazines to enjoy in a warm comfortable... More

We've stayed at Hotel Andaluz many times and love it. It's a beautiful boutique hotel in downtown Albuquerque. A gem in an otherwise underwhelming (and not-so-pretty) city. The main floor is really cool with many nooks for sitting and schmoozing over drinks, a pretty fountain, and often live music on the weekends. Nicely decorated. We stay in the Romance Suite... More

Excellent staff and management. Every request is answered immediately and with excellence. It feels like everyone working at this hotel cares about doing their job well and it shows in every area.
