Hyatt Regency have had the reputation of being 5-star hotels. This one comes close, but little problems keep the score at 4 stars. The positives: The staff is great and very solicitous and helpful. I thought our suite was nicely decorated. I especially liked the stone countertops and the extra-thick mattress was terrific. Elevators, for the most part, were quick....

front desk was pretty much the only nice treatment we received. The view was beautiful but the room was dirty. Waited for Valet at night for over 15 min and then decided to go in for help there was no one available but security who took our keys and said he would take care of it. very poor room serves...

We came to town for a track meet and the stay was very pleasant and the location was definitely convenient and the restaurants were within walking distance. The food was good and we were very comfortable walking around the area

The room was clean and nice but that's it. Just a place to lay your head. No refrigerator, No microwave, very limited hours of Starbucks, Pool was closed, Smoothie bar was closed on weekends and the bar was closed on Super Bowl weekend. Didn't feel like a very safe place to be at night. Parking costs! The little store on...

after a conversation with the hotel concerage, I was directed to a local convenience store as I wanted to purchase sparkling mineral water not available from the hotel sundries shop. Really, no water? Just across the street was a 7-11 , perhaps the worst store in the franchise, filthy, understocked...... while there, the store was robbed by 3 gunmen....not Hyatt's...

Dear Bergstenvc, I am truly sorry that you had that experience at the 7-11. I will be discussing this with my team and insuring we are sending our guest to places that they will feel comfortable at. Rest assured, this is not typical of an experience in Albuquerque, and I hope you would reconsider staying with us in the future....

Decent stay not much fanfare the price was okay. Rooms were clean but a little smelly. No safe inside room. Comforter was stained. Room was cleaned daily and efficiently. Staff was friendly but did not go out of their way to make us feel welcomed.

A clean and pleasant hotel. The room did not have a safe and the pool area is currently undergoing renovation. The location is close to the convention Center downtown. It is a neat property like most other Hyatts but no memorable characteristic.

Booked this hotel more than 3 months in advance but didn't get a room. They sent a mail to our travel agent just the same day as check-in about not being able to honor the reservation. Being kicked shouldn't be possible for a booking made months in advance (and we were not the only victims of overbooking). I have experienced...
