Good hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Guest rooms all right; bathroom very small with wooden table exactly at shin height under sink to hold extra towels -- they could get rid of that. Location is fine. Free parking.

I enjoy staying here each time I'm in ABQ because the staff goes out of their way to accommodate your needs. I love they serve Coke products and great food. The location just off of 25 makes it easy to go to and from.

This hotel is really beautiful. I'm sure it was pretty magnificent in its younger years. Now, it is a little rough around the edges. The rooms are extremely spacious and spotless. However, there was a light smoke smell within the two rooms we tried. After trying two rooms, we just decided to stay put. We didn't notice the smell after... More

While the property is undergoing renovation, the Sandia suite is a worthy upgrade over the traditional rooms (if available). The concierge lounge was very convenient and the food selection was better than many lounges in the Marriott chain. Our front desk experience was also very professional.

As a Marriott "Lifetime Platinum" member I am troubled to write a review like this, but am hopeful it will wake up management at the Albuquerque Pyramid Marriott. I checked in Thursday evening around midnight, with a front desk clerk who apparently never got the training memo, and was way off message. Typically all guests are warmly greeted, and thanked... The hotel is undergoing renovation but overall is a nice facility with good rooms. The location is excellent for getting around to Albuquerque activities. The staff is excellent and showed consistent interest in making a guests experience pleasant. The center area is excellent for small get togethers, The food at our hotel catered meals was excellent and that staff was... More

You can tell the hotel has been around for a while by the architecture and finishes, but it was clean, the lobby has been more recently renovated, and the room smelled ok. The conference rooms were nice, the furniture was clean, tech support was ok, and the sound didn't travel between rooms much. I rated the hotel 4 stars because... More

I've stayed in this hotel off and on between 90's and mid noughties... I like it, but slowly and surely it's being renovated... Receptionist I talked with regarding nowhere to sit during a busy breakfast... did more to upset me than having to watch a Baseball double header! A phrase a receptionist (young lady I'm sure will never make that... More

Stopped here for two nights while driving from CA to Dallas, TX. It's in an office park with nothing around during the evening but that made it quiet - good! Unfortunately, there were enough negatives that it did not live up to my usual expectations. Negatives: 1. No bathroom towel racks! What's with that???? 2. lack of attention to detail... More

This must have been an ancient Embassy Suites at one point. It was DIRTY, with dirt built up in all the corners. The room was stinky and the bathroom dank and dark. I tried to spend as little time in the room as possible. Credit where due - they are in the midst of renovations downstairs/lobby. I have no idea... More
