Not a fan. I stayed at the pyramid in mid-February to attend a family event in town at a rate near $100 per night. Most amenities were closed due to covid, which is understandable. Less understandable are the outdated rooms with carpet stains and wall scuff marks. Additionally, this hotel charges $8.00 per night for parking... in a surface lot... with no security... at a hotel in the middle of a suburban office park. This is an extremely blatant cash grab from a hotel with no amenities and only a skeleton crew working. Unacceptable. On top of that, I booked a rate on the bonvoy app that included parking, but I was charged anyway and still haven't been refunded even after multiple calls to the hotel. My advice is to avoid this hotel, there are much nicer properties in Albuquerque for this price range.

It has a great location for doing the balloon fiesta. Located from a large mall complex that has many stores and restaurants. Our room was nice and large. Very clean. We found the staff to be friendly and efficient.

Well worn and dumpy. Nothing open because of C-19, no bar, no restaurant, not even any coffee in the lobby, and no discount or offset. Very few people in the hotel and the insult added to injury is the $8 added fee to park in a nearly empty lot with signs saying "no liability for damage or loss". Go somewhere else. I will say the front desk folks were pleasant but gave us a coffee maker with no creamer and only a couple of sugars - gee thanks..............

This hotel is old. I can see it was once a nice hotel many years ago. It felt, looked, and smelled old. The front desk practiced safety precautions due to COVID-19. If it’s a overnight stay to pass through the state, I suppose it’s ok. It’s not nice enough if this is your vacation destination. The location is good. It’s situated in a business park. It’s near a mall with some restaurants.

Front desk people were great. Everyone was following COVID protocol. Room was not clean. I don't feel the carpet had even been vacuumed. There was pet hair all over the floor which ended up on my socks, then on the bed. There was a dirty fork on the floor under the desk. How can you clean a room and miss that?
