My family stayed at the Quality Inn University and found it to be great. This is not a new property but it is well maintained. We enjoyed a quick dip in the pool, it was delightful. The pool is heated enough to be enjoyable without the chill when entering. Breakfast was awesome, something for everyone. We enjoyed toast and sweet... More

First, the front desk help was friendly, but the hotel needs some work. The room we were given had a syringe and needle between the mattress and box springs, and the toilet didn't flush. I was offered a plunger if I came down in the pouring rain to get it. After asking, I was given another room. That room had... More

Thank you for your review. I am sorry for the issues you experienced during your stay. Our desk staff can get busy on the weekends; while they are encouraged to go out and help guests, it may be hard for them to do so. We are working on a resolution to this issue. I am sorry that you had a... More

Good News: Large, modern hotel with clean, spacious rooms. Very nice King beds. Frig, hair dryer, microwave, and ironing board. Disabled rooms are available. Breakfast was very good with a spacious dining room. The lobby is pleasant and the staff member was very helpful. It is a multi-floor facility with elevator. There is a fenced pool and well equipped exercise... More

Thank you for your review. We appreciate all of our insight and comments. We are in the process of having our painting contractor come out to fix the paint issues you mentioned. I do apologize for the homeless people in the area. We make every effort to keep them moving along and not loitering around the parking lot. We also... More

I arrived in the evening, my room was ready. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast in the morning was better than average. Bacon and scrambled eggs as well as the normal cereal and toast, etc. It is near a truck stop, but I heard no noise.

We stayed here for 2 nights and overall we were very happy with our stay. We were allowed to check in a little early (which is always nice). Used reward points and was very surprised when we opened the door to the room and it was a suite!!! (I didn't realized I booked a suite, it was all the same... More

Thank you for your review. We are so happy that you enjoyed your suite and the extra space it provides for families. The pool has to be locked by city ordinance so small children cannot run and fall in. We are sorry that your room was serviced so late in the day. We experienced higher than anticipated occupancy and had... More

The hotel is OK and the staff courteous and friendly but we lost about $5000 of our possessions when someone took the U-Haul trailer right off the back of our truck while were sleeping. They have no security and I note geek like Albuquerque has a huge stolen goods market ring and this hotel is hit regularly. Do not stay... More

We sincerely apologize that your U-Haul was stolen during your stay. We do have security during the overnight hours as well as cameras for the parking lots. Unfortunately, the video footage was unable to get a clear view of anyone by the trailer. Our hotel is not hit regularly; stolen vehicles are few at our location. We apologize again that... More

I have stayed here a couple times in last two weeks. Hotel is convenient to interstate and restaraunts, etc. The staff here is exceptionally friendly and "people oriented". Michelle, Terese, and Hannah demonstrate a genuine love for the hospitality industry that is not found as often as it should be. I hope that the ownership appreciates that. The bedding, pool,... Every room has an outside entrance, so If you don't like this arrangement, at least now you are aware. This did not present any problems for our stay, though it might in colder weather. Our room (king-size bed) was located on the ground floor, near the back of the hotel. Actually we were back-to-back with the office. I had read... More

When I pulled into the hotel parking lot I thought I had made a good hotel selection.. It was short lived as I entered a very cluttered and well used front desks. Thank you for your review. Our hotel is an older, exterior corridor hotel. We strive to keep our corridors clean and debris free; with the exterior nature, however, it is difficult. We had booked a room at this hotel for our second night of our vacation, mostly because of its proximity to I-40. Location is not everything.
