Modern design, spare decor, and neutral palette a welcome antidote to typical overdecorated and overstuffed B&B style. Not an inch of chintz or lace in sight; kokopelli count: zero. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating, breakfasts spectacularly good. A short drive to Nob Hill, Old Town, etc., but it was worth it to us to be in the peace and leafy... More

The room was cozy, the was breakfast tasty, and the decorations were super classy. I love the courtyard area and especially the sleek, beautiful kitchen. Nancy, the proprietor was so kind, warm and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in ABQ.

This is one of the best B&Bs we've ever stayed at - the whole building and our room were just wonderful, and the pictures don't do it justice - we splurged on the North room, and it was very much worth it. The building has been recently redone, and you can tell - it is one of the most welcoming... More

We traveled to Albuquerque to attend my daughter's small destination wedding. I stayed at Sarabande as did my other two daughters and their husbands. We were treated like family by Martin, the manager, and Nancy, the owner. The breakfasts were epicurean delights! and so filling that we skipped lunch most days! But the best part of all was the spectacular... More

We stayed 3 nights in mid-May 2016 to celebrate my partner's birthday. The environment, inside and out was modern Zen/Southwestern - beautiful and tranquil. The flowers exquisite, the lap pool enticing, the courtyard comfortable and the common room artistic. Our room was upgraded when we arrived. Nancy (the owner) and her friend, cooked the best vegan breakfasts I have ever... More

This B & B is fabulous! It is beautifully designed with attention to every detail. It is clean, modern and fresh! We stayed in the west room. It is small but perfect. The bed is very comfortable and the sheets are wonderfully crisp. We met the owner the next morning as she cooked breakfast. She obviously loves what she does.... More

Sarabande is a tranquil haven in the serene los ranchos and by far the 'best' B&B experience we had. It combines rustic New Mexico living with modern contemporary finishes and is truly a class apart. Our whole family loved staying here and enjoyed the place, the pace & the wonderful gourmet breakfast that was served everyday by the gracious host... More

Sarabande gets 5 stars on all levels: cleanliness, décor, food, the reservation process, hospitality, comfort and customer satisfaction!! If I get into details I'll start gushing. My husband and I travel quite a bit staying at B&B's most of the time. Lately, it's been almost impossible to find this combination of updated style, level of comfort and service at this... More

I was a bit disappointed with this B&B only because I had made a reservation well in advance of us being there. I had reserved the East room and upon our arrival we were told that we were not getting the East room, no explanation, but that we were being put in the South room. The room was very nice,... More

My visit to Sarabande was truly amazing. It is a wonderful, comfortable, welcoming and restful B&B. You get personalized attention without being intrusive. The breakfast is amazing and there is lots of places to hang out and relax outside of your room. In my opinion, the location is perfect for visiting the Rio Grande areas of Albuquerque, but also reasonably... More
