All the personal touches- wanted to stay!
This was the perfect location for our time in Albuquerque- lovely to stroll around Old Town every night and watch the locals gather after shops closed. Kathy and Steve made every effort to make sure guests have everything they needed. Food was amazing- most if not all from scratch (including making their own sausage!) and they clearly know what they're doing. Even got some delicious bread and fruit for the road for an early morning flight. Comfortable beds, very clean, good shower pressure, relaxing courtyard. Just loved it. Will return.

    Perfect spot near Old Town
You could not feel more safe when staying at Bottger Mansion. Our room was spacious and the innkeepers made it possible to socially distance easily (even offering to bring breakfast to our room if we wished). We sat outside in the yard in the evening enjoying the lovely gardens and fountains while enjoying our take away at a charming table in the front yard. The bed is super comfy and the entire inn is spotless. Great inn within an easy walk to Old Town.

    Weekend Anniversary Stay
Came upon this establishment while looking for something to do for our anniversary. It was a perfect decision. It is about 100 yards from old town and the hosts did very well with communication. Check in was a breeze and parking was very conveniently set up across the street. We had a cheese and meat plate that was ordered when we made the reservation and was ready for us upon check in along with some chocolates. Both of these items were delicious as was the breakfast on the 2 mornings we were there. The room that we stayed in was very roomy and had its own bathroom with shower and spa tub. Wifi was available along with all amenities that you would need.

This historical building was well done, and so interesting. Our room had lovely antique furniture, a gorgeous painting that was done in 1935 around the top of the entire room. So interesting! The owners are fabulous and they served us a complementary 2 course breakfast that was fabulous. We received texts and emails from the hotel from the minute we booked. We were well informed about everything from arrival to parking to the meal to the room. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was a delightful stay. The house has some interesting history and is meticulously and thoughtfully maintained by Kathy and Steve. The rooms are lovely with good en-suite facilities. The breakfasts are amazing - a different home cooked menu each day with delicious juices, fruit served with homemade sorbet and excellent blended coffee. It is served in the garden if the weather permits (which is probably most of the time) so you can watch the humming birds and others at the bird feeders. The location is right in the Old Town so easy for picking up tours, going to the museums and browsing the shops. Admin is so efficient and easy and the hosts provide helpful information sheets and maps. I was travelling solo and especially appreciated their friendly helpfulness. A big bonus for me was their two residents cats but if you are not a cat person they will not be in your way.! Cannot recommend more highly.

Wonderful experience. The inn keepers make you feel at home. Loved the two house cats. Breakfast was superb. Stayed in the Franz Huning room and it was very nice. The clawfoot tub was a great touch.

We really enjoyed our stay here from the moment we walked in. The booking and checking in process was very easy, all done online and by text. We went straight to our room which was beautifully decorated and comfortable with lots of historic details, and homemade cookies! Steve and Kathy are excellent hosts and very interesting to talk to, we loved trying something new for breakfast each morning. Still cannot believe Steve is not a professional chef!

Great location with included parking. Our first floor room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were delicious and right in theme for the area. Cats are purrfect mini-hosts. Hosts were accommodating to our dietary needs, as best they could. Truly appreciated their effort.

What a delightful New Mexico experience! Steve and Kathy accepted a (very) last minute reservation which rescued me from a frightful Motel 6. The room was spacious, the Q bed comfortable, the house quiet and secure, the water hot and the breakfast delicious. Every detail has been considered, even ribbon wrapped toilet paper rolls (ha!). The location of this BnB is perfectly located in Old Town. A morning walk will find you with many photo and coffee opportunities, although the shops generally open mid-morning. Reader, I encourage you to drive past the chain motels and support a local business. You will be rewarded with warm hospitality and a fine memory of New Mexico.

What a wonderful B&B. Kathy and Steve are amazing, generous, and a delight to talk with. We loved everything about our stay, from our delightful, spacious and comfortable room, to the amazing breakfasts. And having the cats around made it feel like home, but without the daily concerns. This is the place to stay if you are going to be in Albuquerque!

Beautiful place to stay. The food is amazing and the hosts provide lots of little touches. I enjoyed my time here. It is only a few blocks away from Old Town. The only down side it is is on a very busy street and it noisy at night. But make sure you enjoy your break at beverage in a preheated mug.

5/5 A wonderful stay, thanks to Kathy and Steve, Bottger Mansion's very friendly hosts. Their timely text communications made everything go smoothly, from check-in to parking to restaurant suggestions. The historic inn room was updated and very comfortable, much cozier than a hotel. The inn has a lovely walled garden out front where one can relax under the trees and occasionally spot Greycat and Socks. The Old Town location is a short walk to restaurants, shops and museums. But the highlight was the amazing breakfasts, freshly prepared to order and a gourmet delight! Not your ordinary B+B breakfasts! Highly recommended!
