Great location central to my business seminar that was down the street. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The air unit had no knobs, so I could not control the room temp. Also the breakfast was disappointing.

My husband, my two large dogs and I stayed last night at this hotel. The dog area was nice and clean, the beds were comfortable. I got on the elevator to grab something from my car last night and the elevator had several water puddles (from rude guests who were coming from the

Thank you for taking the time to post a review for us. Unfortunately, water dripping onto the floor and elevator is a common problem that we are always having to address. We are happy that you took precautions and extra care so as not to slip, and glad to hear our front desk agent addressed the issue immediately. I do apologize for the pest in your room. I can assure you we do not have a pest control problem here, and now that the weather is warmer, Ecolab is doubling down on our exterminator treatments every month. We hope you have a great Summer!

The location of this hotel was convenient. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. Breakfast choices were good, however some of the food was cold. There were ice machines on each floor which was a plus.

This hotel is great for people traveling with dogs. There is plenty of space to walk/exercise your dog. The rooms are spacious including the bathroom and overall I enjoy staying there. The breakfast is excellent and I love their coffee.

Thank you for taking the time to post a review for us. We are happy to hear you enjoyed the hotel. Unfortunately, homelessness is a nationwide crisis that business owners and travelers have to endure on a daily basis. We do a very good job keeping them from approaching our guests, but on this particular day one of them did make her way in and helped herself to breakfast. She was issued a Criminal Trespass Citation and advised she would be arrested if she returns to the hotel. We apologize for any negative impression this may have left on you, and hope you will still return to stay with us again the next time you visit Albuquerque.
