Hotel Parq Central is subdued luxury at it's finest! The rooms are comfortable, and the bathrooms large. Great front desk staff. The breakfast is wonderful with everything from fresh warm quiche to fruit pies, bagels, cereal, and yogurt...great coffee, too. The Apothecary Lounge on the roof of the hotel has gorgeous views, but skip ordering any food...grab a drink at...

Stayed here one night while we were passing through Albuquerque on a road trip. Interesting historic building with a modern, trendy vibe. The bed was very comfortable--spacious shower--beautiful landscaping--nice breakfast--convenient shuttle service to town--but best of all was the awesome staff! Everyone went out of their way to be friendly and helpful -- special kudos to Jeremiah, Grey and Noel....

This hotel caught my eye from the highway as it is historic and very charming. My room was not in the main building but in another older historic part if the property. I loved it! My room was very quiet and peaceful and very spacious. The bathrooms ear modern and the decor is very fresh and crisp with a muted...

I personally greatly enjoy that area as well, especially because of its rich, historic personality and its calm seclusion. It is hard to believe that this hotel was once a hospital! The decorations are beautiful, especially the Syzygy tile in the lobby. The beds are super comfortable. You can even open the windows! I love fresh air. I certainly plan on going back! The lobby is beautiful. It is decorated with Syzygy tile, a must see!

Dear Travellingnut2014, Thank you for your review, we’re glad you enjoyed your stay! You might be interested to learn that the Syzygy tile on our lobby columns was designed as a sort of visual reference to the original tile pattern on the exterior of the building; one of many references to the building’s legacy. We’re glad to hear that you...

We stayed here because our company was throwing a Christmas party at the Apothecary Lounge upstairs. The room was nice. Great view out to Central. The neighborhood is improving, and the location is very convenient. There are food options nearby, and the Interstate is right there. The place has a lot of character. They do a good job of highlighting...

Dear MrW88345, Thank you for your review of the Hotel Parq Central. Thank you especially for highlighting the quality of the location and the character of the property, two aspects of the hotel that I feel are especially unique and attractive features. I have stayed in many hotels over the years and the Hotel Parq Central is by far the best. The attention to detail here is amazing. I also enjoyed the tribute that the Hotel pays to its former use as a hospital through decorations such as enlarged vintage postcards. The room we had was a large corner room with a...

Before I say anything else I would say that I will be very happy to come back to the Parq Central, and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Albuquerque. This converted hospital is an interesting part of history and a terrific hotel! Clean, solid construction, comfortable bedding, nice people and a charming facility. Be sure to go to the rooftop on the 4th floor for a sunset cocktail and hors d'oeuvres. The hotel also runs a free shuttle on demand, which was very convenient.

Our stay at the Hotel Parq Central was one of the best lodging experiences I’ve had in almost — well — ever.
