I was assigned to a single room with a double bed. Minimalistic. Sliders at Apothecary were average, as was the quiche served at continental breakfast (little flavor). The adventures happened during checkout. First they thought I had a second day reserved, then they charged me for a suite. To their credit, another staff member fixed the problem when I asked.... What a treat. This remodeled hospital is just what the doctor ordered after a long slog across the Southwest. Whenever you can get a vintage feel without the "old," take it. Great room with a cushy bed and especially nice bathroom. The breakfast is a notch above the toaster bagel you get at the chains, plus the ladies in the... More

Enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel was very updated with nice lobby and breakfast room plus the bar/lounge on the roof which served late. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Our room was located in a quiet spot in the hotel. Think the rooms facing the freeway might be noisy. Location was convenient but looked to be rather rundown... More

First and foremost, the staff was gracious, exceptionally friendly and 'spot on' with restaurant recommendations. Hotel Parq Central was charming and the grounds lovely. The decor offered a fun glimpse into the hotel's past. Selections at the breakfast buffet, which came with our room, were wonderful.

They charged $100.00, non refundable, to have a little dog. The room was extremely expensive. I wound up paying $300.00 for one night. I could have stayed in the nicest hotel in town for that. Parq is well appointed, small, tiny rooms (former patient rooms with 2 at least full beds. I did not go to the restaurant. The free... More

We found the hotel building quite nice and well kept. The room was also very pleasant with a great bathroom. The staff was helpful and friendly. A healthy breakfast is part of the room price. Convenient location of the hotel near Interstate 25 and 40, 8 minutes from the airport using the free shuttle and fairly close to the old... More

A friendly staff at the front desk and in the breakfast area. Healthy, fresh breakfast selections in spacious room. Nicely decorated hotel and exceptionally well maintained. The free and frequent shuttle bus saved our trip when we had car trouble.

The building was a hospital built in the 1930s. It has been nicely remodeled with comfortable, modern rooms. The staff is very friendly and conscientious. The continental breakfast is nice, but not great. When I stayed, there was a large group of young professionals from various parts of the southwest attending a training program for a national corporation. The vibe... More

Repurposed from an old hospital, this hotel has rare charm and grace. It's located right on the main drag, the heart of the city, and mere moments of Old Town, along with all things related to Breaking Bad. This is another place that's said to be haunted, and even though we stayed there for several nights, we sadly saw nothing.... More

The Hotel Parq Central is a posh, upscale hotel with all the amenities you would expect in a big downtown hotel. Unfortunately, the area surrounding this beautiful hotel offers very little for the visitor to explore. Besides it's close proximity to Lovelace Hospital, I couldn't find any redeeming factors of this hotel's location. The rooms are small and they only... More
