Clean and budget. Breakfast provided. Shuttle to/from hotel available, not to festival. Can see the hot air balloons in the distance out the hotel windows. Some rooms are updated, others not. Ask for a non-smoking updated room. We were happy with room 169. Staff was friendly - even when extremely busy. Cold water available in lobby, as well as attraction... More

Security chain on door not anchored into a stud; it was drilled into drywall and was able to be pulled out very easily and with no effort 3. Exhaust fan broken in bathroom 4. Called at... More

Yolanda from front desk is so nasty with any customer. Has no manners and is very disrespectful when answering a question. She does not have any privacy for any one checking in or out of hotel. Yolanda is one of the worst front desk experiences I have come across in my stay in any place. All staff looks very unhappy... More

Husband and I had the handicap room because of his disabilities. The room was not cleaned properly...rug was not vacuumed and fridge did not work. Bathroom was just nasty. The floor was filthy with dirt and lots of black hair and the toilet had no tank cover. We tried to get another room, but there were none available. A staffer... More
