Lots of homeless people in the area. This was the only hotel out of 7 different hotels in NM that we stayed at that required a deposit. Should have been a warning sign. They must have people destroy property often. We could not wait to leave. Nothing horrible happened but not a relaxing stay.

Check-in was the quickest I've ever experienced in the three times I've stayed here but the room was just ok. It would have been nice to get 2 towels each and there was no soap to be found. The breakfast is good though and coffee is strong

My dad was undergoing surgery and I was traveling from out of town. I needed a place to stay near the hospital. When I made by reservation I was informed that I would have a roll away bed available. When I checked in no one was at the Front Desk and after ringing the bell several times an older gentleman came. When he confirmed my room I informed him that I had a roll away bed. He said that they didn't have any at their hotel and didn't care that I needed to have one. I landed up having to get an airmatress after searching for a Target or Wal-Mart. When I got to the room (not suite) it was so dirty. The bathroom had hair in it and the toilet paper roll was empty. Towels and Sheets had stains on it and the mattress had blood stains. I informed the man at the desk and he didn't seem to care. TV didn't work either. Next morning all the breakfast was gone and the workers were not replenishing the food they were sitting down eating the food and there were no open tables for the guests. The ice machine didn't have ice either. When we checked out the girl had a nose ring and decided to share with us that it was bothering her and she had to pick her nose to move it around so it didn't look like a booger. Needless to say this was the last thing I needed after my dad was undergoing surgery. I couldn't sleep all night knowing that I had a bloody mattress and the room was filthy. I would never stay there again nor recommend for anyone. In addition we were informed that military discount was not accepted when my dad try to give his card.

Modest price for very nice accommodations makes this hotel a good place to stay. Close to University of New Mexico and Kirkland AFB. Plenty of free parking. Hotel staff is friendly, competent, helpful.

This motel was reasonably priced, easy access to I-25, clean, quiet, and typical breakfast. The bed was not as good as the ones at LaQuinta, but still slept well. Disappointing that I couldn't find FOX News on the television.
