This hotel was great. I really enjoyed it. It is not the nicest place I have ever stayed, but it is clean, the building is modern, the location is convenient and the staff is fantastic! The rooms are typical for a Holiday Inn Express and they have some nice views of the mountains in the distance. The location is ok,... More

Although Albuquerque does not invite for a longer visit, especially not Old Town, the Holiday Inn keeps up the high standard of the chain. The rooms are very spacious as are the beds. The mattresses are so thick that smaller people or children might encounter difficulties climbing into bed. Bathrooms and freezers are clean and the air conditioner works smooth... More

We arrive and wanted a handicap room, The only one was 2 doubles- not very good for 3 people. A double is too small. It took 30 plus minutes to find none. The beds were too high to climb into. The baths did not have a horizontal shower bar- all hotels should have this. The staff was friendly but we... More

Pretty standard Holiday Inn. Maybe a little nicer in the lobby areas than some others. Friendly service, decent hot tub and decent breakfast. All of the important things when stopping to rest after a long day of driving. Starbucks right next door and a convenience store across the street if you need it.

The room is just as expected--a nice, clean and well-appointed HIE room. The front desk person loaned a phone charger and recommended the perfect restaurant--within walking distance! Breakfast was also good as expected. Holiday Inn Express is our standard travel hotel, and this was at or above their standards. The location near the big I, the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center,... We stayed here as a family of 4 for three nights to take in the Breaking Bad RV tour, the Pueblo Indian Cultural Center, Natural History Museum and Old Town. The location is very useful as it only took us 10 minutes to reach the Breaking Bad tour with starts in Old Town while the Pueblo Indian Cultural Center is... More

This was an excellent location for me - and the Pueblo museum is just across the road. The room was clean and spacious, the breakfast fine and the staff extremely helpful and welcoming. I would certainly go back.

Stayed here on Priceline after seeing raving reviews. Clean hotel; and I'm a hotel snob. No hairs in the towels or bathroom that weren't ours :) (I seriously check these things out- I'm a germaphobe) the room had some scuffs and damage to it but overall clean. You get firm and soft pillows on your bed which is nice. Very... More

I really wish I could give two ratings because of the different experiences I encountered between the evening crew versus the morning group. First of all, we attempted to check in at 4:00, but the room wasn't ready. There was a person who walked up while we waited who attempted to get into their room but said that something was... More
