There were several good things about this hotel: newly renovated, nice breakfast area and decent breakfast (loved the pancake machine). Unfortunately, this all was overshadowed by our first floor room. It was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the mountain view we paid extra for was a view of the a/c machinery and the vent pipes from the commercial dryer that was in the next room. The commercial laundry equipment next door also made our room very noisy during business hours, but at least it was quiet at night.

This is the worst holiday inn I have ever stayed in . Rude front desk . Kids running loose on our floor , elevator and stairs. 4 and 5 yrs old . Noise is horrible . Domestic violence across the hall . Front desk told me no security and they didn’t call the police . Scary location . Bad homeless and crime area . I couldn’t sleep due to kids running and slamming doors , parents screaming in the halls . Traffic noise . I didn’t even Leave once I got there . Ordered food . Did not feel safe at all . Parking lot didn’t feel safe and didn’t feel safe in my room . They need on site security . I was happy to leave .

Clean rooms, friendly staff and nice hotel. Only draw back was it was quite noisy with a lot of traffic just outside our window that faced a main road. Breakfast selections were very nice. I liked the warm cinnamon rolls and the omelettes. We were in at 6PM and out by 8AM so it was a good in and out stay. Sorry we did not have time to see the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center that was located just across the parking lot or any of the other area attractions and museums. These will be many reasons for us to make a return trip I suppose.

First time staying at this hotel, the hotel was located beside the training center I attended. My room was comfortable, the staff were very helpful and friendly, no problems with my stay here!!... would definitely stay here again!!!...

This is a great place, particularly if one considers bang for the buck. Great staff. Clean and comfortable room. Love the fact that it has a continuous fan feature on the HVAC unit to give you some white noise, but then we really didn’t notice all that much noise even though the hotel seemed rather full. We will definitely stay here again.
