We stayed in the new RV Resort, which is next to the casino, hotel and restaurants. Overall a great self contained facility. The only drawback is that it is about 20 miles from Albuquerque. The RV sites and amenities are brand new, very nice, and secure. Large, level RV sites, two dog parks, pool, large laundry, clean restrooms and showers,...

It is just another casino that you walk out if with less money in your pocket than you came with smelling of cigarette smoke. Went here for a concert, the band was awesome but that is about it. Wouldn't visit here unless there is a band playing that I like.

Don't get me wrong! I love staying at Route 66 It's always been a good experience, but this stay was different. It started off good Nice room, nice and clean at least that's what I thought until morning came. I woke up to Bed Bug Bites on my leg. I let house keeping know about it showed them my leg,...

This used to be my favorite place to stay in Albuquerque. Unfortunately, quality and customer service have clearly diminished. From our step to the front desk to check in to the service in Johnny Rockets - it left so much to be desired. My observation is that the staff has been cut, moral is awful, and everyone seems to be...

I don't know where the folks who rated this place terrible stayed but, our stay was excellent. Room was very clean and comfortable, furnishings in great shape. Food at thunder toad was excellent as well. Yes, the slots were tight but I haven't been in a casino where they aren't. Face it people, there are going to be smokers in...

Stayed at the R.V. park behind the hotel and loved the location! The Casino is large and laid out nicely with several options on places to eat. They have one of the best buffets I have ever been too with Lobster & Crab legs too! Small venue for concerts, stores, movie theaters too! Even the kids where busy (and allowed...

Not impressed with this casino at all. Very smokey and tight slots. We thought we'd try this casino because the signs looked appealing traveling along the freeway as we came back from Sante Fe but boy were we disappointed

We asked security for a shuttle to a buffet he was talking in Hebrew to the bus driver on hes radio to cpme picks us up,after a driver arrived she appeared to be an American native . Does this security was just trying to show us that he was a Jewish man? If thats the case ,who cares.

I was so looking forward to our stay because this was the only casino hotel we haven't stayed in yet. Our excitement started going down when we were in the elevator. The elevator remember need me of a parking garage one. The floors were sticky and the elevator itself was smelly. We got to the third floor and the floors...
