and the fishing is great, too! The four of us stayed in the Owner's Cabin and felt right at home. The porch is a good place to sit and wonder. Cow Creek Ranch hosted 20 members from the New Mexico Trout club for a day of fishing. Staff gave a short orientation and rules review and we were then free to fish for the day. Set in a valley of mountains is this beautiful ranch that looks like a movie set from A River Runs Through It...the stream has been engineered to hold some of the biggest trout I have ever seen.
