Initally we were apprehensive from the looks of the units from the outside. Once we checked in, the check-in was seamless, and everyone from the front desk, to housekeeping, to the maintenance was very helpful, friendly, and professional. The unit #104 was spotless, and backed to the water. Perfect! The rooms were comfortable and large. Both bathrooms were clean and very spacious. Kitchen was nice and had all the utensils and cookware. We normally stay at resorts on vacation, so we know what to expect. We were very surprised and thrilled at this unit.
They had a crew working on the roof, then the rain came and we had major water coming out of the celining fan and the drywall looked like it would fall at any time. Carpet got real wet. Could not use the bedroom at all. Did not have a place to host our Grandkids.
enjoyed our stay here and would go back again. The resort was well maintained inside and out. the beds were comfortable and the overall cleanliness of the unit was excellent. It had a fishing dock and a place to tie up a boat.
This was our second stay at Multi-Resorts at Puente Vista. The 1st time we had a bay view with beautiful sunsets. This time we had the canal view, not as pretty but we SO much enjoyed the nice southeastern breeze and fishing right off the dock. The unit was very well kept with all the supplies that you need, including pool towels. I loved sitting out on the balcony looking at the stars and enjoying the cool breeze (even in August). We will be back!
My family enjoyed our stay in one of the roomy two bedroom apartment. Older complex, unit was updated except for the two bathrooms. The beautiful Laguna Madre and bridge views from the living room made rating the accommodations as excellent. Nice sunsets. We could have stayed at a newer complex, but it would not have had either the view or fishing just steps away from the unit. My son caught a few small trout under the flood lights. Convenient location to restaurants, bait shops, beach and fishing. I will stay again.
