Cave Junction doesn't offer a lot of choices in regards to accomodations and we needed to be at the Oregon Caves early in the morning, so we thought we'd give this place a chance. Yes, it does look a little long in the tooth from the road and the owner's are more neighbourly than business-like (a good thing), but since... More

We checked on 2 other places in town and immediately moved on. Country Hills is definitely worth the short drive. Well maintained with showers and restrooms. Beautiful surroundings, friendly staff, clean and it felt safe. It was even a few dollars cheaper than the scary parks in town. We will stay here again for sure.

Older property, about 20-30 minutes from Oregon Caves National Monument. Lots of parking and grassy areas to walk your pets. The rooms are a bit dated but are large and well-equipped. The owners are very friendly and made our stay enjoyable. There was a group of wild turkeys that visited for snacks!!! There is also a RV park attached that... More

We were looking for a place to stay while visiting the Oregon Caves and happened upon the Country Hills Resort. The owners were welcoming, interesting and very helpful! All of the sites were easily accessible and clean. We had ice and firewood delivered to our campsite. The kids were able to ride bikes, play in the creek or meander in... More

Dot dog and I stayed here in august. Clean, quiet, park like setting. The beds were very comfortable. The décor reminded me of my childhood, stay at mom and pop motel on across the country road trip. I like the character of the place. there isn't a coffee maker but the manager had a pot ready to take to my... More

I loved this place and my stay was great. I stayed in a motel, the room itself was clean and had a nice look to it. I took my family here and was very pleased, the owner was nice and the property was even better, my kids especially loved the ice cream parlor and river for swimming. I would most... More

My stay was great. It was very clean and rustic, sort of old timey, with WIFI. The rooms are clean with all the amenities, Complimentary coffee in the A.M., Laundry facility, Ice Cream Parlor.. Lots of trees I had a great stay and a pleasant night.

This is the most awful place I have ever been!! I made plans to take my family there based on the website and reviews (probably my fault), we packed up and drove 3 hours to get there, my kids 12, 9 and 6 were super excited. This place is in the middle of nowhere and looks NOTHING like any of... More

Must have been off season (because of intense heat) when we came through on our way to the Caves. Owner reeking of last night's bourbon and vomit bender gave us our key. We got a midget room on the east end with a lumpy, saggy, squeeky double bed, not the queen we booked. Place was deserted but when asked about... More

Passing through Cave Junction, decided to stop for the night. Didn't want to stay at the local motel, as I've read horror stories online of the local motel, so I decided to check out this place. Very satisfied with my stay. Easy check in. They have large and small cabins with kitchens, a RV park/campground, and a small motel. I... More
