This experience surpassed my expectations. The property and staff are consumer friendly in warmth and making you feel that you’re supposed to be there and we’re here to take care of you in every respect. I felt safe and the property was impeccable. I can’t say anything negative about my experience and it’s because the experience was truly heavenly!
I think the decor is very nice as well wonderful staff, tasty . Good place to take your family or couples. Their taco Tuesdays are great as well as the enchiladas supreme. They beer and soft drinks, for your drinking pleasure.
I recently stay with Hilton salt lake for 1night and got very unpleasant experience with the team of Front staff. I booked hotel through online before you arrived 10 minutes ago. the front desk said that couldnt find the booking and let us wait for while. I understand the system. around 30 minutes, we were still waiting and I keep tried to call to the travel agency and found my booking but the staff still couldnt find. baisically , our booking was there but front desk couldnt find it and didnt let us go to room. and the end she said that I blocked room for you, wow very good. spent time for 1h30m, fininally!. not helpful at all and would be better to help guest, not only chat with your team kind of upselling.
Front desk staff was not very welcoming. Over all for the price we paid our room was not all that great. Spent an outrageous amount on a breakfast parfait for it to taste like rotten cream cheese. It made us all sick.
I checked in online late night on a Monday. Thankfully, the digital key worked. If it hasn't been midnight, I would have checked right back out to use my Bonvoy Platinum status down the street. I read the reviews before coming here. I knew it was a little tired, in need of a remodel. But there were enough good things said about the staff and service that I thought, combined with the location, would make it alright. Boy was I wrong! Yes, the rooms and facilities are in dire need of an update. Much has already been written a out that. They're not abhorrent, just behind the times by a few years. Bed's comfortable at least. Sure, there's a power cord snaking along the phone but it's late and I'm tired. But what shocked me was the bathroom. A ceiling covered in mildew and water stains. A leaky tub faucet. Mediocre water pressure. Tile that had crud in the corners. Not acceptable! Still, I was planning on letting it go. The next morning, I went downstairs to change the card on file and get a physical key for convenience. I thought maybe since I was an Honors Gold member, I would be offered an upgrade. No dice, the woman at the front desk eyed me with suspicion as if I had rolled in off the street. Lady, I'm already checked in! I slept here last night already! Sure, have my ID anyways. No thanks for being a Gold member, no offer of upgrade, no explanation that there is currently no breakfast offered. Just a begrudging key. Gee, thanks! It gets better. I went to grab a sandwich from the grab-n-go station that has replaced their breakfast restaurant. Finally I found out my coffee is free and my sandwich is half off! Doesn't matter, certainly won't do THAT again tomorrow. After a long, long day, I return to my room to find it EXACTLY as I left it. Housekeeping didn't so much as take a step inside. No new towels. No made bed. Nothing. Zip. I texted the front desk to share my disappoinment with the mildewy room and lack of towel service and their solution was to run up a new towel. Gee, thanks. To unwind, I tried to go down and have a drink at Spencer's, only to find MORE ambivalent service. You don't want my AMEX Platinum dollars, fine. Plenty of other places to use them. If they treat Honors Gold members like this, imagine how they'll treat you.…
