If we could give this hotel a minus 10, we would. This low end hotel is frequented by drug addicts who loiter outside and in the lobby, filling the seating area. The check-in person seemed to ignore this. They were also present in the breakfast room and were known by name by the staff. The glass entrance door to our...

This isn't a great hotel by any means, but it's really not as bad as some of the reviews I read about it. The room was large, which was nice, but it was pretty outdated and really does need an update. The cleanliness was average, bit with a fresh coat of paint and new carpet would have been excellent. The...

The room was not clean and had mold. I am pretty sure that I had bedbugs in my bed and that the person in the room next door was either a hooker or dealing drugs with a lot of unpleasant visitors. It was a cheap stay but I would never return.

This place has fallen into disrepair. Tiles fallen and mold on the bathroom ceiling. The king sized mattress caves in the middle. The TV is an old square cathode ray tube. The big issue is the other tenants. They're locals with issues. I dealt with drunken individuals at 4 pm and one at 6 am screaming outside the doors. You...

The first I thing I noticed when I walked in was the smell, smoke and mold. Did a quick walk through of the room and found a dope bong stashed next to the TV, broken glass on the floor, hair on the walls, mold growing on the ceiling where someone had ,thrown up?. I couldn't even call to complain because...

This hotel complex is tired and in need of painting, cleaning, groundwork, etc. However the room I had was clean, although older and some stains, etc, old style TV,etc. The bed was comfortable and a good nights sleep was had which was basically all that I wanted. The room was cheap at about $50 so I guess I felt I...

We had business in Salt Lake and need one night. Booked on Hotel.com this came up at $59.00. We booked. And when we arrived...... well, keep reading. This is an older property fairly well located. Check in was quick and easy. We entered the room and were appalled. A tube TV that only received a handful of channels, dirty and...

We were 2 couples who spent 3 days (2 nights) there. PLUSES: The location of the place is really good. The downtown is really close. So can reach the places on foot or by bike really easily. People who work in the place - are really helpful and nice. MINUSES: Breakfast could have more fruits and choices. A lot of...

My mother and I stayed here for a vacation/convention trip. The first day everything seemed okay. We arrived at the hotel before check-in time. However, the staff gave us a place to put our luggage so we could get something to eat. We walked to get something to eat and when we returned our room was ready. When we entered...

This truly is the worst hotel I've stayed at. We visited the Royal garden inn while staying in salt lake with a relative and were disgusted. The tv had 5 working channels that made a terrible static sound, the wifi wouldn't ever connect so we had to use our roaming data, the ice machine had garbage around it and was...
