I was pretty disappointed in the hotel. Upon first glance it was nice. The clerk was friendly and helpful. However, my room was not clean. There were clothes from the prior occupant in the bathroom and the floor was not clean. Later I had a question about a charge on my card. The clerk was very kind and helpful but...

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide us feedback regarding your recent stay at our hotel. Appreciate the positive comments regarding your interaction with our team members, although very disappointing to read that you had such a negative experience with our Front Office Manager and the overall cleanliness of your guestroom was unsatisfactory. Salt Lake City is ok, there is not loads to see but you can spend a day there on route to Death Valley. This hotel is perfectly situated and the rooms high quality. They have a separate large lounge area with sofa and large desk, as well as a fridge and microwave. The bed is king sized and the room...

My family and I are nearing the end of a two week, ten state road trip/vacation. We have been to many hotels during this time. Unfortunately our first bad experience was here at the Doubletree in Salt Lake City. Things went down hill from the very start with the lady at the front desk. Our check in was confusing and...

Thank you for taking the time to express your experience at our hotel. The comments we receive from our guests are the most reliable tool we can use to measure our performance. The room smelled a little musty upon arrival but it reminds me of an old embassy suite hotel (suite rooms, open foyer, indoor hot tub and pool, restaurant, and bar), the location is great for a short walk to downtown. The lobby restaurant was great food for lunch.

Decided to rest a night before arriving at Yellowstone National Park. This Hotel is located right off the freeway in beautiful downtown Salt Lake City. We had a wonderful view of downtown and the suite was roomy and clean! My boys love the cookies and Hilton breakfasts never disappoint. Next time we will stay an extra night!

I was expecting a DoubleTree, but this is basically a re-branded Embassy Suites. And that's a huge plus. The suites have so much room with the extra seating area in its own room.
