Our hotel door did not deadbolt or latch, the door had no way to lock. The peep hole was missing and had been covered with electrical tape. The location was unsafe for any child, women, or human. The service from the front desk was rude; he kept his headphones in during the transactions with all customers and replied with snappy remarks. The rooms furniture was stained and soiled, the replacement room was just as dirty and unlivable. Do not waste your time or money and stay at this hotel

The place is disgusting and the staff was beyond rude! The rooms furniture has disgusting stains all over it and the door latch lock looked to be busted open, the bolt didn’t lock either and the peep hole was just covered by electrical tape. The light didn’t work and the lamp shade was busted and was hanging. We were followed by creepy people that made us BEYOND uncomfortable and when trying to get a refund the front desk man has his headphones in the entire time and couldn’t care less about you. He refused a refund and it took over a hour talking to the supports number and then talking to the supervisor to FINALLY get a refund. But then we got a call back saying we couldn’t get our refund processed until we checked out. Problem was we “checked out” 30 minutes after checking in. So the front desk lied about checking us out and please just don’t even bother wasting your money. Go sleep in your car literally anywhere else and you will be in a safer and cleaner area. Plus cops were roaming the parking lot talking to people and front desk. Just don’t go.

Was only checked in to the room for an hour and a half and had to leave due to an emergency, went and asked for a refund and both of the people working did nothing to even try and make it worth my while. I explained that nothing in the room had been touched since I had only dropped my stuff off and went to eat and they pretty much told me too bad so sad. SO. I called their corporate office the next day after I made it back to my home state. And their corporate cut me a check and apologized for the inconvenience. I will never set foot in that run down place ever again, the door seals on the door had a gap big enough for any type of bug or mouse to crawl under. The toilet didn’t stop filling up with water from the time I got in the room till I came back to grab my stuff. Hate that I even gave the place a chance!

Even though I pre-paid 4 nights stay, I moved out after the first night. The room was rundown, and the location is unsafe when I witnessed suspicious activity in the vicinity (looked like exchange of money and drug sachet). I was not refunded for the 3 nights that I did not stay.

Do not come here if you intend to use wifi ... the worst you will ever experience . The lady on reception is very nice but the Indian guy is extremely rude . The worst wifi ever . Also your car will be covered in bird poo upon you leaving.
